They were quick in the response time which I really needed having moved from another state without establishing a medical support team . Great to see a professional so quickly. I am grateful for that!

I'm happy to have more control over my care. I can reach out to my doctor anytime. I wish the cost was lower, or that the app had more self-directed activities.

This is a great service being provided. While the application/website can be tricky to navigate but overall, I am pleased with Brightside.

My only issue is that I need a psychiatrist who practices in Georgia. I live in Alabama but work and shop in GA. My pharmacy is in GA and it is a problem getting my prescriptions.

I am satisfied with the service of my provider. However the system prompts me to schedule appointments when one isn't needed. For instance my provider adjusted my dose and said we should meet again in 5-6 weeks once the new dosage takes effect. About a week after I did my usual check in questionnaire without any major changes compared to weeks prior and it told me to schedule an appointment. Texting and emailing me saying I need to schedule. I had to message my provider to remove the request on her end so I could stop getting alerts. A minor thing. Overall I'm very pleased with everything

It’s really nice to be able to talk to someone without judgment and I know what I say is confidential. It gives me peace of mind to learn about managing my emotions and each day feels like progress. Being able to meet with therapists from the comfort of my home is also a great way to feel comfortable in times of emotional distress.

I’m pleased with the care I’m getting at Brightside. I have been able to use the tools that my therapist has given me to help with my anxiety and depression .

Brightside has helped me feel better. I wanted to have more frequent appointments with my psychiatrist, but there wasn't an option for this. Only able to send messages, which are hard at times to express all that is going on and what is needed. That is the only thing that has been difficult.

Positives: - Easy and clear to set appointments - Therapists are great - Very convenient Negatives: - Can't screenshare w/Therapist (often there's homework, so this makes it difficult)

I have met with one provider two times. I appreciated his listening and empathy and recommendation. After our second call I tried to connect to update him and was not hearing back. I was able to talk with someone who was able to connect with me with a different provider in order to keep the discussion going. I really appreciate the responsiveness and the understanding of the need for support. Sincerely, Sue
