“Good, knowledgeable sales people in a functional, not flashy, showroom with no pushy selling - just professional helpful advice and, after sampling various mattresses, a discussion of the merits and differences of each which was handled in such a way as not to lead us to the most expensive option but which enabled us to understand what we thought we had experienced and why. The ordering process was very simple and efficient. Subsequently, the proposed delivery date and time were adhered to. All in all an enjoyable shopping experience - not something I find that common!”

“We stumbled on the Button & Sprung showroom accidentally and immediately loved the ambiance, the gorgeous, reasonably priced beds and very helpful, non-pushy salespeople working in store. We ended up ordering a king sized Poppy bed online and the process was super simple, the bed was delivered a week early and assembled in under ten minutes. It looks absolutely stunning and is a dream to sleep on- we couldn't be happier!”

“These guys are fantastic. Honestly probably the best retail buying experience I've had fullstop - not just for a bed, for anything. My bed arrived today - exactly on the day that I was advised. The communication between purchase and delivery was consistent, via email and very friendly. The delivery drivers (2 of them) rang me 15 minutes before arriving to let me know what time they would be here and they were very polite, careful and efficient. It took them less than 30 minutes to fully assemble the bed and clear away all the rubbish. Really pleased with my purchase.”

“I can't recommend Button & Sprung enough, first class customer service and fabulous beds. Love our new Burdock King in Dusk and it fits perfectly in our new holiday home. Great communication by Clara who co-ordinated a challenging delivery down narrow Cornish lanes and the wonderful Daniels who delivered with a smile. I wish all suppliers were like this! Thank you Button & Sprung!”

“My husband and I had pretty exacting standards when it came to buying our new mattress, and, after reading the reviews felt it was worth taking the long trip to the Button & Sprung showroom. Within minutes of being there we were so impressed we decided to buy a Camelia bed as well as a mattress. The mattress we eventually chose was a Perendale (normal tension) which seemed cloud-like to lie on after our old one. When it all arrived, our bedroom was transformed with the new bed but the mattress seemed firmer than we recalled. We continued to try it for some weeks but although it softened slightly we eventually took up B&S's suggestion to exchange it for a softer tension version as part of their guarantee. Now we are completely happy with the result - this is the first time in years I have been able to sleep on my back the whole night. This mattress is a godsend! In retrospect I should have spent longer in-store trying out the mattresses and perhaps considered a softer tension in the first instance. It is hard to to make such a critical purchase in a short time-frame but Button & Sprung were so helpful their glowing reviews are completely justified. I would not hesitate buying from them again or recommending others.”

“I love, love, LOVE my new bed! I searched for ages for an ottoman style bed that had the style headboard I liked. This was exactly what I wanted and is the comfiest bed in the world! Very happy.”

“Just wanted to say how delighted we are with our new kingsize Foxtail divan. We're very impressed with the quality, and the upholstering and material (grey cotton) are both beautiful. “We bought a Kingsize bed (frame and mattress) for our son last year. He is a rower and was fast outgrowing his existing bed. From start to finish the service we received from Button & Sprung was excellent and a year on our son is still delighted with his bed. Would recommend 100%.”

“Buying our mattress from Button & Sprung was brilliant and easy. The London showroom is set up to make it very easy try everything out and make a choice and the team there were amazing with us. We ordered the the Wensleydale super king size mattress which I can categorically say is the most incredible mattress my wife and I have ever slept on. Love the fact that everything is made from natural materials and manufactured in the UK and amazed at the value for money. I’d never go anywhere else now!”

“Button & Sprung have been delightful to deal with, from Asif in the showroom who was very helpful without being pushy right down to the delivery men who were very polite and assembled my Camelia bed which looks absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend B&S.”
