“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the showroom, Adam made us very welcome and gave us plenty of time to try all the beds and make a decision...he even recommended a restaurant for lunch! The bed arrived and we were not disappointed, it looks amazing and is SO comfortable, we love it! The delivery guys were very considerate and even washed their hands before putting the bed together.”

Carefully delivered and the sales team were great too, being very careful to check the size was as described on the website and providing several swatches so we could make the right choice. “Great customer service from the guys who set up our bed who were super polite and respectful. Only giving 4 stars because the lead time was so long. I am a little concerned that you can 'see' the uprights on the headboard through the velvet fabric, not quite the finish I was anticipating.”

“I did lots of research before ordering my bed from Button and Sprung, visiting showrooms, requesting fabric samples, poring through websites and online reviews. I ultimately visited the B&S showroom, just to be absolutely sure I was making the right decision (I am a control freak), and this really sealed the deal. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products and were happy to spend time answering lots of questions. Having all the beds and fabrics on display helped crystallise all the information I'd gathered so that I could be confident I'd chosen the right bed from the right supplier. Delivery was really easy to organise; on time, efficient and great communication. I couldn't be happier with the bed - it looks great, the quality is excellent and it is very, very comfortable.”
