“The experience at the showroom, and particularly having the opportunity to try all the various grades of mattress, following a clear explanation about the pros/cons of each of them, was really valuable. After we selected our mattress the purchase process was quick and easy, and delivery accomplished without a hitch. We are very pleased witht the Borderdale mattress that we purchased, and have slept way better since it's delivery!”

“Could not recommend the team and our new amazing mattresses enough! Such a lovely helpful team and the best mattresses we have ever slept in. The only problem is that it’s very hard to get out of bed in the morning it’s so comfy! Thank you!”

Hi Antonia, Thank you for leaving us a review :) I've spoken to our Logistics Team and they have made me aware you are missing the fabric pull for the ottoman. I apologise for the inconvenience and I'll ensure we get one dispatched to you asap. It will work just fine without the the fabric pull, as it's not essential to the construction, so I hope that you can use the ottoman as normal in the meantime.
