“I changed from a pure to pure touch believing this would be an upgrade. The pure magnet wasn't strong enough, but the bracket was. now the magnet is stronger but the bracket vibrates. its supposed to have bluetooth and link the voice through car audio, but this isn't working yet, but the built in speaker vibrates at high volume and is worse than the Pure. there are some improvements but not the upgrade I expected.”

“I would have hoped with such an expensive device and subscription model that the customer service would be better than it is. I had a couple of questions on my two devices that normally I could have self-served by logging onto my account online. Unfortunately all my history was not available so I had to contact Road Angel for support. I am still waiting for a response a week later. As for the devices themselves, I have two issues, the first is about reliability, I have had to repair/replace bit of my devices a year or so after the warranty had expired and the second is that I have noticed that the prevailing speed limit in a particular area is not accurate, which means neither would be the alerts. (Today I drove though Surbiton and Kingston which is a 20MPH area, my Road Angel reported most of the time that I was in a 30 MPH zone. (Interestingly my BMW and Waze reported the speed limit correctly) Having said all of the above I have had Road Angels since they were first launched and have saved me from fines numerous times. If the reliability, accuracy and service levels don't improve however, I am not 100% sure I will renew the subscriptions when the expire next year.”

“Not Happy, since I already had the snooper with lifetime maps. Unfortunately it didn’t like the update. So I’ve had to pay out for SD card. I thought I ordered in go time for us to take our 8.8m motor away for the bank holidays. Expecting it to turn up before we left. I had to ring up the company to see what was going on. Only to be told they didn’t have any stock. So I gone a bought Garmin, probably done me a favour as their units update via Wi-Fi.”

“Excellent service , item ordered on the Friday and delivered on Sunday, had an issue with the Base connection and a replacement sent the next day . Thank you , would not hesitate to buy from Car Audio again”

“Price was hi compared to competition. Sales colleague miss led me with what was in the kit (no DAB connector). No great connections for the fakes connectors for the VW fm arial. Audio facia surround didn’t fit the mic it was advertised to fit. Instructions were vague and incomplete. Otherwise all ok?”

“Got some good over the phone advice and purchased Alpine component 6x9’s The parcel arrived in good time only took about 2 days and delivery was free!! Outer packaging slightly damaged, box was a little tatty but nothing major, hence 4 stars. None of the inner packaging or speakers themselves had any damage. I had read some bad reviews on this company and I’d never used them before. I have to say my experience was all positive and I would definitely use again and recommend them to others.”
