“Not Happy, since I already had the snooper with lifetime maps. Unfortunately it didn’t like the update. So I’ve had to pay out for SD card. I thought I ordered in go time for us to take our 8.8m motor away for the bank holidays. Expecting it to turn up before we left. I had to ring up the company to see what was going on. Only to be told they didn’t have any stock. So I gone a bought Garmin, probably done me a favour as their units update via Wi-Fi.”

“Price was hi compared to competition. Sales colleague miss led me with what was in the kit (no DAB connector). No great connections for the fakes connectors for the VW fm arial. Audio facia surround didn’t fit the mic it was advertised to fit. Instructions were vague and incomplete. Otherwise all ok?”

“Got some good over the phone advice and purchased Alpine component 6x9’s The parcel arrived in good time only took about 2 days and delivery was free!! Outer packaging slightly damaged, box was a little tatty but nothing major, hence 4 stars. None of the inner packaging or speakers themselves had any damage. I had read some bad reviews on this company and I’d never used them before. I have to say my experience was all positive and I would definitely use again and recommend them to others.”

“I HAVE SOUGHT ADVICE FROM VARIOUS CAR AUDIO DEALERS AND WHEN I APOKE TO THESE GUYS. THEY WERE HONEST AND BRILLIANT AND ENSURED YOUR EXPECTATIONS WERE FILLED. IT IS NOT ALWAYS ABOUT MONEY IN BUSINESS IT IS MORE THE CASE YOUR CUSTOMER IS TRULEY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE RECEIVED. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING.”

“Where to even begin, this place is absolutely disgusting, I bought a subwoofer from them for a large amount of money, after finding out that it didn’t work with my car I returned the product brand new, this was okay and they accepted the return, due to the size of the product, I could find a courier that would take it, so I called them and agreed that I could return it to there store for a processing fee, I agreed and didn’t mind, no amount for the fee was discussed on the phone and I was told that the person in the shop would sort that out, I returned the product to the store like planned, the person in the shop never said anything about a processing fee, I have then recieved the refund to find that I had been charged £75 fee to return it which is absolutely absurd, I have called the company to try and sort it out with them to which I was met with owner, the owner of this company is really really rude, he was swearing on the phone, he was getting very aggressive and talking over me when I was talking, he was lying about what we had discussed and what was agreed, and then he ultimately hung up the phone on me. Please whatever you do, DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they are con artists and they will take advantage of you, there are much better company’s out there that you can use so do not use this one as the way they treat their customers is vile. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been met with”
