“Delivery paperwork correct, product incorrect! Needed correct product urgently, but told correct product would not be dispatched until incorrect product returned,! I had to drive 3 miles to mail, altogether wasting an hour of my time due to packaging incompetence.”

“I was sent a second hand unit that didn’t work. The box was battered, the unit had wear marks on it, very clearly secondhand. Am waiting for a refund.”

“Needed to purchase a new SIM card for my Snooper Sat nav and was told I would get a £20 refund if I returned the old one. Still waiting for that but it’s only been a couple of days since I sent it. Delivery was fast and now my sat nav is back in action.”

“Had problems with my just 12 months old sat nav first guy I spoke to was no help at all think second guy was the same no help third time different person was more helpful cost £70 for new card got to ring again no return address for old card yet to try updating maps hopefully it'll work this time”

“Had to buy a new SD card for updated mapping on my Snooper Truckmate navigation as I was told my old one was corrupted for some reason. Like a previous review stated so much for lifetime updates, and after shelling out £80 for new SD card I now have no speed camera warning data. However I paid for next day delivery and it did arrive the next day as promised.”
