“I was sent a second hand unit that didn’t work. The box was battered, the unit had wear marks on it, very clearly secondhand. Am waiting for a refund.”

“Needed to purchase a new SIM card for my Snooper Sat nav and was told I would get a £20 refund if I returned the old one. Still waiting for that but it’s only been a couple of days since I sent it. Delivery was fast and now my sat nav is back in action.”

“Had problems with my just 12 months old sat nav first guy I spoke to was no help at all think second guy was the same no help third time different person was more helpful cost £70 for new card got to ring again no return address for old card yet to try updating maps hopefully it'll work this time”

“Had to buy a new SD card for updated mapping on my Snooper Truckmate navigation as I was told my old one was corrupted for some reason. Like a previous review stated so much for lifetime updates, and after shelling out £80 for new SD card I now have no speed camera warning data. However I paid for next day delivery and it did arrive the next day as promised.”

“good packing and some times good prices for branded products. never received the freebie air freshener. they haven't sent them in previous years order ether. watch the prices, sometimes the sale is good but they always have a sale on, its marketing bs. so i price check instead. currently good prices for some things that are discontinued. responded to questions about products previously. did take a while i think. always used paypal when ordering for protection.”
