“Contacted them by phone and the guy was extremely helpful. delivery was delayed a little due to memory card shortages, but arrived just a few days later. Talking to a person is so reassuring these days. very polite and helpful.”

“Hello there. After a long search. I found. A hard wiring kit. For my road Angel. halo view from car audio centre. I found them very helpful. Very quick in delivery. The price is a bit higher than what I wanted to pay. But I don't mind because it was the right part. Many thanks.”

“Could not be more un-helpful if they tried and have lost me as customer. Called to ask about a rear view camera, needed info on relay required for VW T5 that was required (apparently). The person on the other end was useless and seemed utterly fed up. I asked if it came with fitting instructions and was told that they stock thousands of products and sell them cheap so offering fitting advice wasn't possible. I didn't ask for fitting help, I asked if it came with fitting instructions! This was what got the 1 star... he told me it would be easier to buy the relay anyway as it was cheap and see if it comes with fitting instructions....Okaaaaaay then! What a clown, what a company. I then called Halfords who were very helpful. They told me the camera is relatively easy to fit. Regarding the relay, I was put on hold for a few minutes and was told that no relay was required as their records show they have fitted 3 cameras to VW T5 and non which required any replay, as it plugs into the head unit. Naughty Car Audio Centre. I have attached the 'Contact Us' statement so you can amend it to reflect what you really mean.”

“Straight swop for old speakers on Mazda Mx5 NC. Night and day the difference in sound. Only had the join the connecting wires.”

“Spent £400 on a Snooper Sat Nav, now on my 3rd SD card. I'm a professional driver who relies on a decent system with good customer service, sadly I haven't received either. Why don't they send out a loan unit ? On my last encounter I spoke to the technical dept, who gave me contradictory advice, compared to the previous encounter. Had to pay £20 upfront for a new SD card plus £10 for next day delivery, which took 3 days to arrive. Have had the £20 refunded but still waiting for the £10, have rang several times and asked for messages to be passed to Alex Mangli to return my calls, but as yet, nothing. Have just rang again at 13.50 on the 9th August to hear a message that customer services are closed ! Sorry guys, you have pushed me to this damming review.”

“I managed a great deal and was told that delivery was 3 to 4 working days so ordered on a Thursday, wow it came the following Saturday. Superb quality compared to my old Snooper and the customer service is top notch. Hopefully my new satnav will last as long as the previous and I will be dealing with these guys again. Great company.”

“This is a replacement for a similar plug in CD player that died after three months. I heeded the warnings that this model may not work in all cars, but thankfully it did. The ordering process was almost flawless, but paying via PayPal had a hiccup, and implied that the purchase had been cancelled, so I repeated the process, but thankfully was only charged once. It was delivered on time. Thankfully this model came with instructions which help, although the support website offered is of little value as it requests details, such as part number, which I don't have. It works in my Peugeot 3008, but the USB connection could be tighter as a slight knock can result in the player not being recognised. I will persevere.”

“A faulty dash cam arrived in a broken box that was sent in a flimsy plastic bag. Would not work and technical support or customer service (same chap) advised return after hours of frustration. Returned at my cost just to get rid of it. Avoid this company”
