“Efficient order and delivery process. Over the past months I have had many companies blame Covid for delayed deliveries. Car Audio Centre promised 24 hour delivery and that's what they delivered. Fantastic service.”

“Too many marketing emails asking for feedback and reviews. Despite ticking the box saying no unsolicited emails when I bought the products, they continue to send the spam. The unsubscribe link attached to the spam emails also doesn't work. When you agree to buy something, you expect the seller to agree to do what they say they will do. Not cricket!”

“Was able to send a picture of the original head unit and they responded by telling me exactly what I would need to install a double din unit. All came as expected. I ran into an issue at 10 to 5 in the evening and gave them a call.... they were able to tell me the answer straight away and unit fitted and good to go. Will be using again in the future.”

“Your service was excellent and delivery was fast however, I felt the customer service person who took my order was not very friendly and I did feel that £50 plus £7.50 for postage was rather high for an update of maps for my Snooper. Ventura. All in all, I am happy. Thank you.”

“Told me that they had a sat nav in stock.and I could have it it would be delivered on the Friday. Never turned up. Rang on the Monday and they said it was out off stock and would take up to six weeks to come .not impressed.”

“Bought pioneer speakers, ts-a1600c came in a damaged box with no manual and no seal. couldn’t be bothered to return it as the speakers were in fair working order. But wouldn’t consider them a valuable upgrade on my Vauxhall corsa D speakers. Overall didn’t have a good experience!”

“Still haven't received item. Checked delivery status on account everyday - "dispatched". Changed to "back order" on day 7 of waiting. How can you dispatch an item 7 days ago that wasn't in stock?!”
