I ordered a juice underseat active subwoofer and amp, I was really unhappy with the sound quality and emailed caraudiocentre. No response, not even an email back. Tried phoning the number on the invoice and it just keeps ringing. Avoid.

Your delivery could have been better if you asked about alternative delivery sites ie leave it in the greenhouse could have been sorted before the first failed delivery & not after and getting to the end of this paper you ask for my email totally daft as you obviously know it as you sent me this form via email in the first place

Nothing wrong with the product but I paid for a Saturday delivery & received this on Monday??? I have emailed several times to complain but have not received any replies. This was a £15 premium delivery charge so I would like an explanation & refund. So far very poor customer service.

Received 2 devices because the web site hung up during purchase. Despite being assured the purchase had not gone through when I purchased over the phone, it clearly had! I was then asked to return the 2nd one at my own expense. Updating of the device is still not working. The device was cheaper through the phone purchase...?

The rear camera is not working, have sent e-mails requesting you send prepaid labels, for return of this item. I have not received any help or advice !

Very disappointing. Have dealt with Road Angel for a long time. Have concluded that the units do not last a long time and need to be replaced. However the last purchase has had to be returned as the mains adapter was broken. the earth pin was broken off meaning that the unit could not be charged. Also the packing was not good. The retaining cardboard with the cut out for the unit was torn and all the bits were loose in the box. This has been returned, collection very efficient. Await replacement

You think it would be simple to order a car stereo for Saturday delivery? I had to pay extra which is fair enough, but they delivered it on Monday which was bloody as if rearranged things for weekend fitting! Nobody has called me to apologise or even think about offering me a refund of the delivery charge. On top of that they didn't deliver the £30 DAB aerial that was also part of the order. I won't be using them again and frankly nor should anybody else. Why encourage such terrible customer service. 'Car Audio Centre' ... if you're reading this I'd like my money back for the delivery and aerial ... it's the least you can do. Rubbish ...

My item (dash cam) arrived opened up to find everything but NO holder to fix to the windscreen so can't use it I have sent a email to see if it was just a mistake but no reply so it will have to be a claim through PayPal for my money back

Unfortunately I was sold an item which is not compatible with my vehicle even though I had contacted them twice on the online portal before calling to make my purchase. When contacting them after I tried to fit the stereo I was diverted to several different shops to resolve my issue, both commented that the unit would not work without a complete rewire of my original system. I was also sold a fitting kit at a cost of £79.99 which also wasn't compatible and came with duplicate parts to the stereo system? All told I have paid out £240.00 for stereo and fitting kit and another £100 trying to get the system rewired. I would like to thank the guys at Leicester shop for trying to help but we're obviously not surprised i had been sold an item which wasn't compatible !! Very poor sales techniques with inexperienced staff at head office.

I had a Road Angel Gem before, but after several years the screen went completely black. So this time I bought a new one. Sadly, three working days after receiving it, it was still not working properly - first it would not switch off, then when that problem was solved, I discovered it had no fixed safety cameras installed. Now, Monday, I am suffering from yet another problem which is that the technical support option 3 on the main number 01237 555 586 is not working. You get funny noises. Only one person knows how to solve my problem apparently, but after four attempts to phone him this Monday morning by eg choosing option 1 or 2 instead, I have still not got through. I can't spend all day at home trying to phone Road Angel as I need to go out to do a job shortly. If you send me another email tomorrow I will tell you whether the problem has finally been solved or not.

Very poor customer service. Purchased a subwoofer, once it was delivered hooked everything up and it sounded awful! Logged a return for the defective product, not only did I have to pay return shipping costs but the team stopped responding when it came to issuing refund. Avoid online purchase from this vendor at all costs!

i ordered a stereo with a "complete" fitting kit, came with no facia and the wrong fitting box. rang up and complained, got told the sales staff aren't trained and just look at instructions on a screen, car was booking in at a local garage near where i live and had to pay a 25 deposit, so since they sent the wrong parts lost out on the 25 pound, if your going to order from these, make sure you know exactly what you want and don't ask them for advice.

The dash cam wasn't expensive so I never expected the world, but what came is pretty rubbish and probably the sort of thing you'd get on one of those listings on eBay from china for a fiver. The mount is so lame it sticks to the windscreen and falls off after about a minute. I can't recommend anyone buys this item.

This dash cam wasnt expensive and on offer at £15.99 but it's a really poor and cheap piece of Chinese rubbish that is so bad that the mount won't even successfully stay on the windscreen. I wish I hadn't bothered and gone to eBay instead.

The incorrect address was on the package so it wasn't delivered to the correct address and had to make 15 mile round trip to collect the parcel from the depot as you could not speak to a human being just an automated telephone number Once the package was opened the Road Angel device wasn't sealed and the quick instruction pamphlet was missing along with the dash mount. the items were just rolling round the bottom of the box, and not even mount in the presentation box... there was no protection for the product inside. So all-in-all pretty poor all round, and additional cost and time to go collect my item form the depot.

Most helpful assistant but it took over an hour to progress my order due to computer difficulties relating to Road Angel. The Gem plus arrived without the start-up instructions in the box. A copy has been promised but not yet received. As an upgrade customer, who had just paid his annual subscription on a Road Angel Professional, I faced further time on the phone trying to get a resolution. Again the assistant found a solution but it was not easy for him. I have yet to try the device in my car and fear that I may find it is not correctly registered, in which case there will be further phone calls. I hope not.
