They are happy to sell you you kit whether it is the right product or not, they are no so good at taking resposibility for what they have advised you you need to purchase. If you know exactly what you need and it is cheaper here then I guess they are an okay supplier.

Had to wait 11 days for the products !!! i assumed you had them in stock . If i have not chased you about my order i would not have know there was a delay. You need to put on your web site if the product is in stock or not !!!!

Useless. Purchased a Pioneer unit for my car which didn't fit the stock unit. Unit is the wrong size for the car and a different wiring harness required. Even called CAC before finishing the purchase online to verify fitment and was assured by a condescending twat that it was "plug & play", meaning direct fit and no changes to wiring harness required. 350 quid later and I have a paperweight. Even shipped the unit at my own expense to another country after being reassured it would fit.

Ordered before 5pm and paid for next day delivery as stated on website. Order didn't get shipped or arrive next day. Tried to contact them to request refund of postage cost but have received any response 4 days later.

sent an alternative item to the one I ordered, no communication about this and overcharged by £10.00. three phone calls to customer services before I was told accept alternative item or send back for refund. return procedure took 7 days to complete at my cost.

The amp is good nothing wrong whit it. The problem is with "Juice JW81 1800 watts amplifier wiring kit, 8 gauge", the kit is complete but the wires are from aluminium NOT COPPER, and there are no connectors... For £30, you can buy vibe slick 4 GAUGE wires from Halfords, oxygen free copper.

I have rated car audio centre poor ,First of all I bought a Road Angel Gem from the original Road Angel company approx. 18 months ago their service was excellent in every way including technical support when ever I needed it . I now have a problem with the unit (the screen was dark and I could hardly see the numbers and letters ) I phoned them up and they promptly emailed me a fault form ,which I duly filled in and sent off with the Gem for repair .I phoned them back a week later and asked what was the problem and how much would it cost to repair ? I was put through to a voice mail with 3 options one was technical and I waited and waited for 5 mins and eventually hung up and tried again eventually a 3rd attempt was successful, it was then I learned that Road Angel had been sold and they were having problems with the telephone system ,the man said it was out of warranty and would cost near £50 to replace the screen but they cannot get one ,so they will instead sell me there new model for a £150 up front to be delivered to me around December 2017 or Jan 2018 ,or an old Gem for £130 with an old type screen that had gone faulty on my own so I offered £100 ,he never got back to me.I was not happy to put up £150and only receive a new unit in the next 4 months , nor to pay £130 for and old style Gem the same type I had problems with . I phoned again the following week and spoke to another man in sales and ended up paying £130 for the old type .The new company was slow to answer phones and slow to resolve matters . Ordered 6 days ago, still not delivered on a next working day policy, delivery driver won't leave with the neighbour after special instruction on delivery note as well as many notes plastered on front door, they have turned up 3 days running to deliver but as we work they always take it away and leave a blank note they door, obviously delivery company that providing bad service not car audio but they do work for you! How do other working people get your deliveries?

Order arrived faulty - a ticket was logged and took an age for them to respond. I chased several times Eventually an RMA was issued for me only then to find I had to pay the postage on the faulty goods! Poor

I ordered a juice underseat active subwoofer and amp, I was really unhappy with the sound quality and emailed caraudiocentre. No response, not even an email back. Tried phoning the number on the invoice and it just keeps ringing. Avoid.

Your delivery could have been better if you asked about alternative delivery sites ie leave it in the greenhouse could have been sorted before the first failed delivery & not after and getting to the end of this paper you ask for my email totally daft as you obviously know it as you sent me this form via email in the first place

Nothing wrong with the product but I paid for a Saturday delivery & received this on Monday??? I have emailed several times to complain but have not received any replies. This was a £15 premium delivery charge so I would like an explanation & refund. So far very poor customer service.

Received 2 devices because the web site hung up during purchase. Despite being assured the purchase had not gone through when I purchased over the phone, it clearly had! I was then asked to return the 2nd one at my own expense. Updating of the device is still not working. The device was cheaper through the phone purchase...?

Very disappointing. Have dealt with Road Angel for a long time. Have concluded that the units do not last a long time and need to be replaced. However the last purchase has had to be returned as the mains adapter was broken. the earth pin was broken off meaning that the unit could not be charged. Also the packing was not good. The retaining cardboard with the cut out for the unit was torn and all the bits were loose in the box. This has been returned, collection very efficient. Await replacement

You think it would be simple to order a car stereo for Saturday delivery? I had to pay extra which is fair enough, but they delivered it on Monday which was bloody as if rearranged things for weekend fitting! Nobody has called me to apologise or even think about offering me a refund of the delivery charge. On top of that they didn't deliver the £30 DAB aerial that was also part of the order. I won't be using them again and frankly nor should anybody else. Why encourage such terrible customer service. 'Car Audio Centre' ... if you're reading this I'd like my money back for the delivery and aerial ... it's the least you can do. Rubbish ...
