I had a problem with my Road Angel Halo and was asked to send it to them, and given the web link for the return form. Unfortunately, the form had an old address on it (and still has) so, even though the package was 'signed-for' at the address, when delivered, it has no been lost. They had moved offices without updating their website, or form. I was offered a new Halo at a greatly reduced priced and had to accept it, but I still want my original one back to fir in my wife's car. I don't think that I should have had to pay for their mistake. Service appears to be good when contacting them by phone, but getting a response to support questions on my online account seems to be hit-and-miss; I have been waiting over a week now for an update about my lost unit.

I telephoned through my order for this DAB stereo, I asked the advisor which DAB Ariel was compatible he replied that the unit was supplied with one. It wasn't and it even states in the instruction manual that one is not supplied with the unit. So as my vehicle was having the unit gutted I was without it for the day now I have had to purchase an Ariel (elsewhere) And be without my vehicle again when this is fitted.

Pleased with products supplied but main website is misleading in that it indicates heavy discounts yet a look on CAC's own Amazon listing reveals a further 20-30% discount on the same products. Wrote to CAC about this and they acknowledged receipt of my message but then failed to follow it up.

The item they send me was used and repackaged with missing software CD and I payed the price for a new one.

Bought a Clarion NX302E AV unit described as having 2x AV inputs front jack AV in and rear phono. It does not. It has front jack AV in but only phono rear video in. It does have a rear usb but when I phoned to ask how to use this for audio in I was told you did not know. I would have preferred you to find out. And let me know. I phoned Clarion but they have not replied. I still do not know how to connect my TVs tuner audio.

Order before 5pm - next day delivery??? Ha ha ha. I ordered my Kenwood on Thursday (08.04.16} Additionally, paid for AM delivery. I waited until 2pm. Nothing. When I called I was told that the product was not available. HOW COME?! When added to the cart was available otherwise could not pay for it ... in response, I heard that I can get a full refund. I said that I took out old stereo of the car and the whole interior had dismantled and it was waiting for new one. Plus what with the money for the extra AM delivery? They can only offer a refund... That is not good for me couse im going on vacation. In the end, the equipment arrived on Saturday the hour before I was going on holiday ...in addition, to each set company offers free air refreshener . unfortunately, it wasn`t in my ... Kenwood plays great but the service has lot to improve. DJ

not happy paying for next day delivery to then get an email the next day saying it hadnt gone through due to security reasons even though i had ordered from other shops to my house using my girlfriends card before, what annoyed me is that you told me on the day it was meant to arrive and not the day before when i made the purchase so i wasted 5 quid, person on the phone wasnt helpful and didnt care about my situation. ive worked for shops on customer service and refunding the delivery charge is a must if the item doesnt arrive on time. hope you fix this problem

I ordered an in-Phase car stereo (CAC421182) which would not read a USB stick but also wouldn't eject a CD. This was on first installation. Sent it back for a replacement and to get my CD back. Replacement sent but without the CD. This too failed to read a USB stick. I then went to the Tooting Branch and had the USB stick checked, which was found to be fine, and then purchased a Kenwood stereo from them as they would vouch for its performance/operation. I then sent the 2nd faulty in-Phase stereo back for a refund and although I received a notification it had been received on 10th June but heard nothing further,

I had an issue with my head unit and they weren't particularly empathetic and were quite argumentative. In my opinion the head unit was not fit for purpose as the display can't be seen in sunlight. When I spoke to Car Audio Centre the first time I was told "It's the same as a TV. You can't see it when sunlight is shining on it". Well I don't have curtains in my car to close when it gets sunny and TVs aren't designed to be viewed whilst being driven around in a car to design a car stereo the same way is ridiculous. The issues was so bad I ended up buying another head unit which was much better. When I called again to discuss returning the item I was told the head unit was fit for purpose, just not my purpose (driving around in daylight???) and as I had already installed it I couldn't return it. I explained I had no way of knowing there would be a problem until I installed it. They said I should have tried it out in one of their shops but then stated they were dark and didn't have much sunlight so I still wouldn't have known until installed it in my car. In the end they told me Pioneer sell loads of these head units and no one else has complained. I joked that it must be because my windows weren't tinted. The person I spoke to didn't realise I was being sarcastic and said yes, that's your problem! To be fair he said they might have been able to swap it with Pioneer for different one if i hadn't already bought a replacement. As mentioned above the outcome may not have been better but I would have appreciated a bit of empathy and not to be made to feel like I was wanting something unrealistic from a head unit.

Would have given much higher score if it wasn't for the ridiculous postage charge. Website said free postage but at the last check-out page it added £8 in a very sneaky way. Claiming that it was a surcharge for delivery to Scottish highlands. I am not in the highlands and would never use any shop that adds such a surcharge, only on this occasion it was not made obvious during the checkout procedure.

Paid for next day delivery and didn't arrive they sent it miles away. They wasn't very helpful after 3 days of calling them and the courier with still no parcel I gave up and cancelled for a full refund. Never again

to be honest i made two orders with you and you put them in the same box and charged me two lots of carriage. i asked your tech guy if i needed an rca lead he said i did and there was one supplied with the sub woofer . so thanks.

Still advertising products that they know they can no longer get and offering lower quality products in place, I ordered a Pioneer unit and they offered me a JVC which is not as good, no availability of add ons such as sat nav like the Pioneer had. Not as usable with my Android phone as the Pioneer was either. I kept it because I couldn't afford the latest pioneer out. Be wary and contact them to see if they have the product in stock before you commit to order on line other than that they are helpful when it comes to answering questions regarding technical subjects.

Unit arrived broken. Paid for next day delivery so it's obviously urgent and a week later I'm still with a busted into and no music in the car. The returns process is arduous to say the least. Wish I purchased elsewhere

website does not make clear that the aerial needs 12v down the aerial lead to work, my dab unit will not do this so had to return it, took 4 phone calls to be able to return the aerial but the refund was very prompt

Ordered something online, a day later received an email saying there was a problem with the order and I needed to call them on their 0845 5p a minute number. Really? I emailed them and asked them to mail me the details or call me: nothing. Then had to lodge a dispute with paypal to get refunded. The whole thing just seems amateurish.

After placing a order i had to make many phone calls and it felt asthough it fell on deaf ears. The order took to long arriving when it came some of the parts were incorrect a refund was going to cost me money. I bought the replacement parts from another supplier and they were very helpfull and only took one phone call
