My item (dash cam) arrived opened up to find everything but NO holder to fix to the windscreen so can't use it I have sent a email to see if it was just a mistake but no reply so it will have to be a claim through PayPal for my money back

Unfortunately I was sold an item which is not compatible with my vehicle even though I had contacted them twice on the online portal before calling to make my purchase. When contacting them after I tried to fit the stereo I was diverted to several different shops to resolve my issue, both commented that the unit would not work without a complete rewire of my original system. I was also sold a fitting kit at a cost of £79.99 which also wasn't compatible and came with duplicate parts to the stereo system? All told I have paid out £240.00 for stereo and fitting kit and another £100 trying to get the system rewired. I would like to thank the guys at Leicester shop for trying to help but we're obviously not surprised i had been sold an item which wasn't compatible !! Very poor sales techniques with inexperienced staff at head office.

I had a Road Angel Gem before, but after several years the screen went completely black. So this time I bought a new one. Sadly, three working days after receiving it, it was still not working properly - first it would not switch off, then when that problem was solved, I discovered it had no fixed safety cameras installed. Now, Monday, I am suffering from yet another problem which is that the technical support option 3 on the main number 01237 555 586 is not working. You get funny noises. Only one person knows how to solve my problem apparently, but after four attempts to phone him this Monday morning by eg choosing option 1 or 2 instead, I have still not got through. I can't spend all day at home trying to phone Road Angel as I need to go out to do a job shortly. If you send me another email tomorrow I will tell you whether the problem has finally been solved or not.

Very poor customer service. Purchased a subwoofer, once it was delivered hooked everything up and it sounded awful! Logged a return for the defective product, not only did I have to pay return shipping costs but the team stopped responding when it came to issuing refund. Avoid online purchase from this vendor at all costs!

i ordered a stereo with a "complete" fitting kit, came with no facia and the wrong fitting box. rang up and complained, got told the sales staff aren't trained and just look at instructions on a screen, car was booking in at a local garage near where i live and had to pay a 25 deposit, so since they sent the wrong parts lost out on the 25 pound, if your going to order from these, make sure you know exactly what you want and don't ask them for advice.

The dash cam wasn't expensive so I never expected the world, but what came is pretty rubbish and probably the sort of thing you'd get on one of those listings on eBay from china for a fiver. The mount is so lame it sticks to the windscreen and falls off after about a minute. I can't recommend anyone buys this item.

This dash cam wasnt expensive and on offer at £15.99 but it's a really poor and cheap piece of Chinese rubbish that is so bad that the mount won't even successfully stay on the windscreen. I wish I hadn't bothered and gone to eBay instead.

The incorrect address was on the package so it wasn't delivered to the correct address and had to make 15 mile round trip to collect the parcel from the depot as you could not speak to a human being just an automated telephone number Once the package was opened the Road Angel device wasn't sealed and the quick instruction pamphlet was missing along with the dash mount. the items were just rolling round the bottom of the box, and not even mount in the presentation box... there was no protection for the product inside. So all-in-all pretty poor all round, and additional cost and time to go collect my item form the depot.

Most helpful assistant but it took over an hour to progress my order due to computer difficulties relating to Road Angel. The Gem plus arrived without the start-up instructions in the box. A copy has been promised but not yet received. As an upgrade customer, who had just paid his annual subscription on a Road Angel Professional, I faced further time on the phone trying to get a resolution. Again the assistant found a solution but it was not easy for him. I have yet to try the device in my car and fear that I may find it is not correctly registered, in which case there will be further phone calls. I hope not.

When I ordered my roadangel over the phone he said I would get 1 month subscription free.but I haven't as yet

I had a problem with my Road Angel Halo and was asked to send it to them, and given the web link for the return form. Unfortunately, the form had an old address on it (and still has) so, even though the package was 'signed-for' at the address, when delivered, it has no been lost. They had moved offices without updating their website, or form. I was offered a new Halo at a greatly reduced priced and had to accept it, but I still want my original one back to fir in my wife's car. I don't think that I should have had to pay for their mistake. Service appears to be good when contacting them by phone, but getting a response to support questions on my online account seems to be hit-and-miss; I have been waiting over a week now for an update about my lost unit.

I telephoned through my order for this DAB stereo, I asked the advisor which DAB Ariel was compatible he replied that the unit was supplied with one. It wasn't and it even states in the instruction manual that one is not supplied with the unit. So as my vehicle was having the unit gutted I was without it for the day now I have had to purchase an Ariel (elsewhere) And be without my vehicle again when this is fitted.

Pleased with products supplied but main website is misleading in that it indicates heavy discounts yet a look on CAC's own Amazon listing reveals a further 20-30% discount on the same products. Wrote to CAC about this and they acknowledged receipt of my message but then failed to follow it up.

Bought a Clarion NX302E AV unit described as having 2x AV inputs front jack AV in and rear phono. It does not. It has front jack AV in but only phono rear video in. It does have a rear usb but when I phoned to ask how to use this for audio in I was told you did not know. I would have preferred you to find out. And let me know. I phoned Clarion but they have not replied. I still do not know how to connect my TVs tuner audio.

Order before 5pm - next day delivery??? Ha ha ha. I ordered my Kenwood on Thursday (08.04.16} Additionally, paid for AM delivery. I waited until 2pm. Nothing. When I called I was told that the product was not available. HOW COME?! When added to the cart was available otherwise could not pay for it ... in response, I heard that I can get a full refund. I said that I took out old stereo of the car and the whole interior had dismantled and it was waiting for new one. Plus what with the money for the extra AM delivery? They can only offer a refund... That is not good for me couse im going on vacation. In the end, the equipment arrived on Saturday the hour before I was going on holiday ...in addition, to each set company offers free air refreshener . unfortunately, it wasn`t in my ... Kenwood plays great but the service has lot to improve. DJ

not happy paying for next day delivery to then get an email the next day saying it hadnt gone through due to security reasons even though i had ordered from other shops to my house using my girlfriends card before, what annoyed me is that you told me on the day it was meant to arrive and not the day before when i made the purchase so i wasted 5 quid, person on the phone wasnt helpful and didnt care about my situation. ive worked for shops on customer service and refunding the delivery charge is a must if the item doesnt arrive on time. hope you fix this problem

I ordered an in-Phase car stereo (CAC421182) which would not read a USB stick but also wouldn't eject a CD. This was on first installation. Sent it back for a replacement and to get my CD back. Replacement sent but without the CD. This too failed to read a USB stick. I then went to the Tooting Branch and had the USB stick checked, which was found to be fine, and then purchased a Kenwood stereo from them as they would vouch for its performance/operation. I then sent the 2nd faulty in-Phase stereo back for a refund and although I received a notification it had been received on 10th June but heard nothing further,
