“Easy online ordering process, good communication by email (order confirmed, order dispatched) Products well packed and delivered really promptly (ordered in the afternoon and delivered next day via standard delivery). I would use them again next time I am buying more car audio”

“Have used caraudiocentre before, I can say nothing has changed the service is first class. Having opted for free delivery, I expected my order in 2/3 days, it arrived unexpectedly at 9.35am the next day! . This was the 2nd pair of pioneer upgrade speakers I have purchased from them. The nearest competitor was £20 more with the most expensive £45 more (how do they sell anything?). On my experience with caraudiocentre I can highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again”

“Very disappointing. Have dealt with Road Angel for a long time. Have concluded that the units do not last a long time and need to be replaced. However the last purchase has had to be returned as the mains adapter was broken. the earth pin was broken off meaning that the unit could not be charged. Also the packing was not good. The retaining cardboard with the cut out for the unit was torn and all the bits were loose in the box. This has been returned, collection very efficient. Await replacement”

“Very prompt delivery but sadly the item was was bashed in transit due to inadequate packaging and parts were missing. Have emailed to try and resolve but thus far have not received a reply. Disappointing.”

“Good price and using a proper car audio shop means the items I received where not fake like a lot on eBay! Free postage a bit slow but there is an option to pay for faster delivery. Overall will definitely use again in the future”

“I ordered an amplifier from them and when it arrived it was the wrong one. I have contacted them via email twice now to ask what's going on but they haven't responded. I have used them before and they have been excellent however on this occasion I'm very disappointed.”

“Excellent value compared to Amazon etc who are around £50 more expensive. There is another retailer selling these at the same price however they are refurbished units so be careful, these are brand new and sealed. The unit is easy to use and ability to manually add speed cameras is a great function particularly around my area where we have mobile vans that tend to sit in the same revenue productive areas. Easy to add these with the touch of a button. Recording and playback quality excellent and easy to use as is transferring files to your phone. The only negative comment is it's not easy to remove from screen once installed if hard wired as mine is but stress not impossible just a bit awkward. When installing the power cable on the unit you have to slide the cable in to the fitting before attaching the window mount as it has runners either side to prevent it popping out. All in all a good piece of kit for the price. I opted for the free delivery and had it within a couple of days which was by Royal Mail recorded, I was also sent tracking details.”

“You think it would be simple to order a car stereo for Saturday delivery? I had to pay extra which is fair enough, but they delivered it on Monday which was bloody as if rearranged things for weekend fitting! Nobody has called me to apologise or even think about offering me a refund of the delivery charge. On top of that they didn't deliver the £30 DAB aerial that was also part of the order. I won't be using them again and frankly nor should anybody else. Why encourage such terrible customer service. 'Car Audio Centre' ... if you're reading this I'd like my money back for the delivery and aerial ... it's the least you can do. Rubbish ...”
