“Ok service, however disappointed with lack of communication when there was an issue with my online order, which required a call from myself to resolve following conflicting information coming from the delivery tracking details. Also, staff didn't follow up with promises, leading to further delays. All told, it took nearly three weeks (including Easter) for my complete order to arrive.”

“I was surprised that the firmware was not up to date on the Gem+ and as the updater you can download would not work due to win10 blocking the drivers it used, I had to return it to have the firmware updated by Road Angel other than that they are excellent piece of kit well worth the money it is my 4th one.”

“Unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. Purchased subscription for Professional unit; subsequently advised it was not compatible with Windows 10. I should have been advised of this when subscribing. Took up offer to buy Gem +, on arrival the earth pin was broken on charging adaptor. Advised R.A. who apologised & advised they would post a second adaptor that day (19/4) as of the 24/4 still not recd. Awaiting del of 2nd adaptor. RA have increased my sub for a further 2 wks to cover my loss of usage.”

“Good product from connect 2 supplied and delivered quickly. Electrical instruction sheet was not directly related to the camera so if you are not ok with electrical /electronics you may need to get help.”

“Easy online ordering process, good communication by email (order confirmed, order dispatched) Products well packed and delivered really promptly (ordered in the afternoon and delivered next day via standard delivery). I would use them again next time I am buying more car audio”

“Have used caraudiocentre before, I can say nothing has changed the service is first class. Having opted for free delivery, I expected my order in 2/3 days, it arrived unexpectedly at 9.35am the next day! . This was the 2nd pair of pioneer upgrade speakers I have purchased from them. The nearest competitor was £20 more with the most expensive £45 more (how do they sell anything?). On my experience with caraudiocentre I can highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again”

“Very disappointing. Have dealt with Road Angel for a long time. Have concluded that the units do not last a long time and need to be replaced. However the last purchase has had to be returned as the mains adapter was broken. the earth pin was broken off meaning that the unit could not be charged. Also the packing was not good. The retaining cardboard with the cut out for the unit was torn and all the bits were loose in the box. This has been returned, collection very efficient. Await replacement”

“Good price and using a proper car audio shop means the items I received where not fake like a lot on eBay! Free postage a bit slow but there is an option to pay for faster delivery. Overall will definitely use again in the future”
