“excellent product and excellent service. I purchased the Pioneer AVIC f88 DAB and for a what I can only describe as a software glitch the unit had to be returned and had to be returned without the cage and wiring as had already been installed!!! A brand new unit was sent out as a replacement and relatively quickly too. That will do for me :)”

“Phil gave good advice on what to buy. I received professional service throughout and (most importantly as it turned out) they have a helpful workshop who talked me through the fitting of the radio over the phone, without which I'd have been in trouble.”

“Very poor customer service, faulty second hand products, nothing but automated email, fairly shocking in this day and age, did get a refund for my purchase but nothing related to the unit I brought, no clue as to why this was a second hand unit, nothing on why it didn't work, no response from them at all, and when I tried to ring for some info the telephone listed does not work, very poor all round.”

“Very pleased with my In Phase car radio, although it is one of the cheapest it is perfect for my Classic Lotus and has a quality feel and sound, I love the Bluetooth connection to my phone. Special thanks to Car Audio for sending me a replacement wiring connector next day FoC after I stupidly cut the wires to short !!”
