“Perfect. Not only a great price, but delivery was free if I opted for the 2-4 days. The amplifier arrived two business days after I ordered it. This is the second time I have used Car Audio Centre (previously bought some Alpine 17cm type-Rs), and would happily buy from them again.”

“I have had a road angel for quite some years now, this is my Fith one, let's hope it lasts longer than the last one, not quite two years. They are great driving aids, wouldn't be without one now.”

“Product is fine, disappointed that I was charged for next day delivery when ordered on a Friday. (Not reading all delivery options on website...beware!) And was not refunded, despite only finally getting product on Tuesday. Not friendly customer service person when I called.”

“Very pleased with my In Phase car radio, although it is one of the cheapest it is perfect for my Classic Lotus and has a quality feel and sound, I love the Bluetooth connection to my phone. Special thanks to Car Audio for sending me a replacement wiring connector next day FoC after I stupidly cut the wires to short !!”

“Unfortunately I was sold an item which is not compatible with my vehicle even though I had contacted them twice on the online portal before calling to make my purchase. When contacting them after I tried to fit the stereo I was diverted to several different shops to resolve my issue, both commented that the unit would not work without a complete rewire of my original system. I was also sold a fitting kit at a cost of £79.99 which also wasn't compatible and came with duplicate parts to the stereo system? All told I have paid out £240.00 for stereo and fitting kit and another £100 trying to get the system rewired. I would like to thank the guys at Leicester shop for trying to help but we're obviously not surprised i had been sold an item which wasn't compatible !! Very poor sales techniques with inexperienced staff at head office.”

“I had a Road Angel Gem before, but after several years the screen went completely black. So this time I bought a new one. Sadly, three working days after receiving it, it was still not working properly - first it would not switch off, then when that problem was solved, I discovered it had no fixed safety cameras installed. Now, Monday, I am suffering from yet another problem which is that the technical support option 3 on the main number 01237 555 586 is not working. You get funny noises. Only one person knows how to solve my problem apparently, but after four attempts to phone him this Monday morning by eg choosing option 1 or 2 instead, I have still not got through. I can't spend all day at home trying to phone Road Angel as I need to go out to do a job shortly. If you send me another email tomorrow I will tell you whether the problem has finally been solved or not.”

“Ordered a Alpine Type R (12D4) on Saturday and came on Tuesday. Fast shipping which is always a good thing. I have been a long life Alpine fan but unfortunately this will be the last Alpine Subwoofer I will buy. It can't handle proper power off the Alpine M12 amplifer. The coils start to smell straight away from the custom made ported box (to manual specification) and think the older models were much better made and could take the same power without too much of a struggle. It was very loud but prefer my Phoenix Gold Elite 2 subwoofer. Once you try quality, you won't go back. Such a shame.”

“Very poor customer service. Purchased a subwoofer, once it was delivered hooked everything up and it sounded awful! Logged a return for the defective product, not only did I have to pay return shipping costs but the team stopped responding when it came to issuing refund. Avoid online purchase from this vendor at all costs!”
