“I ordered an IPS 210 from Car Audio Centre. It was listed on their website as in stock. A stereo came a couple of days later, although not the model that I ordered. The model that arrived was, apparently, 'an upgrade'. Trouble is, I wanted the model I wanted, not a random upgrade. I chose to return it. The returns process has not been good so far. I received a returns address, but have had to pay for the return postage myself (no pre-printed label as many suppliers provide) and so far, five days after posting the item for return, have heard nothing from Car Audio Centre. Things don't always go as planned, and I can live with that, But so far, Car Audio Centre have done a good job with communication, and that's one of the things you really want from an on-line retailer when things don't go as planned. So one star from me at present...”

“My item (dash cam) arrived opened up to find everything but NO holder to fix to the windscreen so can't use it I have sent a email to see if it was just a mistake but no reply so it will have to be a claim through PayPal for my money back”

“Unit had been previously installed as there was chewing gum stuck between the bag an the metal sleeve and the USB extention lead was wrapped in tape instead of plastic coated wire. I know the unit was on sale but there was no information about the possibility of it being previously used/installed.”

“Product choice, price, and speed of delivery were all good. 3 stars rather than 5 because unfortunately every time I order from Car Audio Centre I get hit for £7.50 Scottish delivery surcharge, despite not living in the Highlands & Islands or any of the other areas that usually require a delivery surcharge. I queried this with CAC and was told they are only passing on the surcharge from their preferred courier - UK Mail. No other audio suppliers surcharges to Tayside so perhaps CAC should use a different courier.”

“I had a failure of my Road Angel Gem+. It was sent here for repair, found to be beyond economical repair, so purchased a new one from here at a reasonable price as it still had 20 months of subscription left. Result”

“I was looking around for a Double Din Stereo and found this site. It had the stereo I was looking for and at the cheapest price anywhere. The parcel came very quickly. I would deffinitely use these guys again. Just a pity they didn't have the ISO lead and facia panel on sale too. Thank you.”

“I ordered a dash cam Mio Mivue698, It arrived next day. Car AudioCentre is a reseller for MIO and the manufacturer's 1 year warranty applies. The item was £50 cheaper than any other supplier. A phone call was answered courteously and very helpful. Dash cam now fitted and working exactly as expected. I strongfully recommend this retailer and I will buy from them in the future.”

“Excellent price and delivery, probably not their fault that some items were missing from the Pioneer radio I purchased. However, superb customer service with the missing items dispatched immediately after I notified them. What could have been a "Good" recovered to a "Very Good". I will certainly use Caraudiocentre again”

“Very poor customer service, Ordered a product which became faulty after 1 days use. Having received a refund or a exchange product for over 7 days. No communication at all but have been told since Monday that the product will be dispatch to me tomorrow, Every time I call, I am told the product will be dispatched tomorrow.”
