“Need to be careful as they will change the advertised price when stocks run out. Took my order and money then said it was out of stock. When I looked on the website a day later the price had increased by £161! Fortunately when I got it delivered about 3 weeks later they sold at the original price”

“I called customer service as my sat nav wouldn't update to find that its now discontinued and no updates available( lifetime updates aren't quite that) disappointing to say the least, however the guy I spoke to sorted me a replacement with a generous discount, had to spend money that I weren't expecting but I've a new sat nav now. Delivered next day free.”
