“Service was good but items ordered were not in stock ,so order stated item would be delivered in 3/4 days, took nearly 2 weeks and I had to agree to different speakers or it would have been longer Staff were helpful in offering me an alternative product ,but web site should have stated items were not in stock and dilivery would be delayed ,also I had to contact them to find out what had happend after a week ,otherwise wait time would have been longer”

“Need to be careful as they will change the advertised price when stocks run out. Took my order and money then said it was out of stock. When I looked on the website a day later the price had increased by £161! Fortunately when I got it delivered about 3 weeks later they sold at the original price”
