“Good parts: Fast delivery and good price. Bad parts: The wrong item was sent (they didn’t have the correct one in stock) then told me it was the same thing (on the website for almost half the price) that I then had to cut to fit. I also was told I needed extra bits that I didn’t need. Overall: I got a new much better stereo that is great but due to needing various adapters to remap the wires and make it all work as expected it cost me double what I was expecting!”

“The order process was very easy, they advised all parts I’d need and at a decent price, would advise a dedicated help line rather than putting us to there fitters as they weren’t very helpful,I wouldn’t of required this help if they had sent me everything I ordered, link lead was missing, once found out what was wrong they rectified it very quickly, so all in all a great company to purchase from, customer service is great, just answer your phones”

“This company advertise items on the website they don't even have in stock, The they call you to try and sell you something different and even said oh we found the item that was missing in the warehouse on stock take, When i said to the advisor what was the item missing he couldn't even tell me what it was, I choose to get a refund and 2 days later even though i had emails to say the order was cancelled they still didn't send a refund, Eventually i opened a case with PayPal and they send a refund but by E cheque that takes 5 days to clear, this was on the 1st July, its now the 10th and still no cleared funds, Stay away from this company if you don't wont a world of pain and issues,”

We are sorry for not having the item you wanted available and even more for not being able to accurately tell you what item we were missing in our warehouse. The advisor misunderstood the notes on the order. We apologise for the delay in refunding you. However, to address your point about Paypal. We can not choose how Paypal issues a refund to a customer, we just hit the "refund" button and Paypal takes care of the rest. But nevertheless, we are disappointed we couldn't get the order supplied to you. Thank you for your feedback.

“Service was good but items ordered were not in stock ,so order stated item would be delivered in 3/4 days, took nearly 2 weeks and I had to agree to different speakers or it would have been longer Staff were helpful in offering me an alternative product ,but web site should have stated items were not in stock and dilivery would be delayed ,also I had to contact them to find out what had happend after a week ,otherwise wait time would have been longer”
