“I called customer service as my sat nav wouldn't update to find that its now discontinued and no updates available( lifetime updates aren't quite that) disappointing to say the least, however the guy I spoke to sorted me a replacement with a generous discount, had to spend money that I weren't expecting but I've a new sat nav now. Delivered next day free.”

“Substituted product, wanted a pioneer reversing camera, got this road angel reverse camera instead and didn’t request it Spoke to customer services and they seem to think they’re right ,customer is not. Bad attitude, look and send product back but even that’s problematic signing to register a return, just make it awkward all the way through, bad company to deal with”
