After pulling 2 reports, I was surprised at the dealership with an additional, critical item calling out structural damage that showed up on _their_ carfax and neither of mine. I will be advising others to avoid using your service.

I never got to the report on the vehicle. I got to the page on the internet and clicked on purchase of 1 vehicle report. The message I received "was try again at another time due to technical difficulties". I waited for about 15 minutes and tried again. I got the same message. The next day I checked my bank account and it showed my credit card account had been charged 2 times for the 3 time vehicle info.for a total of $199.98. It took about 8 days after dealing with my bank and sending a message to CARFAX to get the money back. Needless to say I am not sure I want to deal with you in the future.

I tried emailing a customer service and I didn’t get a respond back at all yet. I purchased a one time purchase to look at the history of my car but it was asking me to pay again. I never got to see the report of my car. I have a proof of purchase as well.

I never got a problem resolved where I paid for three reports tried to use one and asked for additional payments. I want this resolved or my money back. CASE # 09865301

Unacceptable - I ran it on my Aston Martin DB9 - it wouldn’t allow the upgrades - even though they were listed and checked on the form. Then I contacted you and got the WORST customer service rep because I had requested a refund - OMG the tone of the email and her lack of even trying to understand the issues I encountered - unbelievable. I have used u many times and not had an issue - but this was the worst experience EVER. Thank you.

it was incomplete, did not go to present time. stopped 2016, absolutely worthless. i tried on two differnt harleys, at differnt times, both worthless.

The report on my 2002 Z06 Corvette listed a mileage issue and accident damage on the car. I do not believe either of these issues occurred - you did not list the source reporting these issues. The car is in pristine condition and shows no evidence of high mileage nor any accident damage. I believe these entries are reported in error - wrong vin#. This nearly cost me the sale of the car @ RK Motors in Charlotte, NC this week. I conceded an additional $2000.00 to make the sale happen. Your reports have to show comprehensive information , ie: sources etc when reporting this type of issues. Other online vehicle history reports for my car do not show these issues. In summary I am very unhappy with CARFAX as you have caused me $2000.00 due to your erroneous report. Too expensive for the short amount of time it lasts. Would have to buy again for the same car if I sold my car after a few months

I'm disappointed that a time limit was place on the three report purchase. I used one report and when I called the dealer he increased the advertised price so that deal did not work out. Now I haven't found another vehicle since and with the virus (I'm 72) my search is on hold.

Terrible company that i woulnd't reccomend anyone using. This company should be sued and shutdown for shady business practices. No one in my county will use carfax. Autocheck is much better and much more professional..
