They stole our money. We did not get the car because they did not sent Goldcar the details of our booking even though they had the phone no., flight no., everything they asked for.
They blame Goldcar and Goldcar blames them, they lie and manipule and just don't care about the fact we were at the airport at 11 pm, waiting for 2 HOURS for someone to pick us up. I called, other greek people called them, no answear, no help from the authorities and just moking tourists. And we were not the only ones getting robbed. We ended up renting another car from Hertz.
I've submitted a complaint with the police. Waiting for a conclusion. Terrible experience!”
“Terribale do not use CarJet I rented a car through the website. They tuck the booking and the payment, I recived Zero information after booking and it said ir was with one car company, then another. I finally got some info to make sure i my car was booked on a message forum. Zero email to confirm my booking zero phone call nothing.
I got to the car place that I had to find under a different car service company. Then they messed up the payment and i could not rent my car and now carjet wont give me a refund or credit. Do not use them go direct to the car rental company.”
“I booked a car with Europecar through Carjet on a Friday night and on Sat morning when I went to pick the car up the booking had not gone through so Europe car cancelled the booking!! Our Visa was still pending and no other rentals were available in Oxford. I was so angry! I will not use a third provider again but will book directly.”

In the first place their offer looks lower than other website but they are working with horrible local provider.
I contacted with their local provider. even the local provider using one more sub provider. who is your real contact never know. I informed them regarding flight delay. first they said this is not problem. then we arrived, they said this is our problem they are not giving the car. we lost our time and money. local provider also threatens you. I informed many times car jet that local providers not providing good service and miss leading the people and in the end threatens but they reply to you term and conditions bla bla.”

“17.10.24, around 10am in Paisley, outside Glasgow, i was supposed to collect the booked car, Fiat 500, which was registered on my name, Dominik Chudzik.
I went there, but DID NOT collect the car, because DRIVALIA, wanted additional costs that weren’t in the booking information.
Car was not collected by me, and after I called the broker, CARJET, i was told that there will be no refund.
DRIVALIA told me, that all i have to do is contact you regarding this case.
After one call, the customer service stopped answering my calls, im just being held on the line. this is just pathetic.”

If you are wondering why Car Jet are so cheap it's because they are just a third-party with a glossy website. They actually use a selection of rogue suppliers and steal peoples deposits when things don't work out.
The whole system is automated and they are impossible to contact (no way to message or email them and the only phone number is an international number that they don’t answer).
CarJet took a £75 deposit and provided us a voucher for their cowboy partners "Exclusive Rent A Car" in Dubrovnik. Our flight was cancelled through no fault of our own and we were rebooked on the next available flight the following day. I contacted Carjet and Exclusive Rent a car to advise them of the delay and request that they hold the car. I also sent a request to Carjet to modify the booking on 02/03/24 when we were notified that our flight was cancelled. Despite this, when we arrived at Dubrovnik we were told that the booking was cancelled and they did not have a car for us.
We had to source a vehicle elsewhere at considerable stress and additional expense (1200 Euros). As a final insult, Carjet have kept our deposit and they make it impossible to contact them; they don't provide an email address so your only option is to call them on an international number where you will be on hold for 45 mins.
They have no official complaints procedure, when I finally got in contact with them the woman I spoke to couldn't;t care less. She was was rude and aggressive and tried to blame me and said they would be keeping the deposit and I should claim from the airline.
Please do not make the same mistake and avoid Car Jet at all costs.”

“I rent a car 15-17.10 at Memmingen Airport over CarJet website , and that was a nightmare with CarJet& FlextoGo, I have paid the premium insurace 2 times , I have paid to CarJet and again to FlextoGo , they say "we dont have nothing with them" you need to pay again if you need a car , customer service doesn't work , nobody answering so I lost 124.00 euro for that 2 days, nightmare... I dont recommend this rental to anyone... reservation was X2 BMW and I get Korea car , if is that same class than we live in some wird world ...”
“I rented a car with CarJet on July 25
I rented a car with CarJet on July 25, 2024 (Ref: RA 999417893), expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I paid a €242 deposit, which was supposed to be refunded upon returning the car in good condition on July 26. It's now over two half months, and I still haven't received my money back. Despite multiple emails to CarJet and attempts to contact Budget (the sub-company involved), I've received no proper response from either party.
This level of unresponsiveness and lack of accountability is highly unprofessional. I trusted CarJet to provide a reliable service, but their failure to honor the contract has caused me great frustration. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company until they improve their customer service and refund process.
Very disappointing experience – not recommended!

Al the rules car jet makes are on the edge of F…. Travallers are charge or cannot rent the car they expect at that price. Incorrect or hiden infomation.”
“The Jet Car Rental Company is a very dishonest and fraudulent company. Very untidy process to collect and return rental cars. I almost missed my flight because it took almost an hour for them to collect the car from me. I literarily ran through the airport check in process and was lucky to be at the gate just before the door was closed.
A month after renting the car, I received series of charges to my credit card with substantial service charges. I contacted them and all efforts to get a refund failed as they stopped responding to my emails.
I strongly advise against patronizing this rental company as I consider them a fraud!”
