Failure to comply with local insurance sales regulations, notably disclosures are after taking “non-refundable” deposit. Avoid using CarJet at all costs. Take a bus or walk if necessary.”
“I am so frustrated with this company, I took out insurance when I booked the car and then at the pickup I decided to rather take insurance out directly with the rental company and 2 weeks later they keep saying they don't recognise my email address even when I reply to their insurance email. They take your money but don't refund and to top it off they have no contact phone number to get hold of them.”

Have been calling them for over a month to resolve the issue but i just keep being told to wait. they also refuse to let you speak to a manager and can't even tell you what happens next. It has so far cost me over £20 just to call them for them to be very unhelpful and hang up on you

A la hora de recojer el vehico en Alamo no lo tenian disponible y me solicitaron una licencia internacional, como no la tenia no me entregaron el vehiculo y me cargaron los 16 dias de alquiler mas el seguro, la misma gente de Alamo y Hertz alquilan el mismo vehiculo sin ese requisito ya que yo presente una licencia de mi pais y me lo alquilaron sin problema.
seguro que ofrecen es a traves de un tercero que se encuentra en Malta y no proveen correo electronico ni telefono para contactarlos.
Si no quieren perder su dinero no utilicen estos estafadores, se valen de cualquier artimana para no cumplir y quedarse con todo el dinero.”

We have paid money for nothing and on top of that had to pay premium price for an airport car as we were stranded. No helplines no numbers just an email refusing our refund requests. That’s one way to make to con people. Please be warned and go to a legit company”
“Used Car Jet services to get a car in Bulgaria. They send me to get the get the vehicle from BT Rent a car -Sofia , Bulgaria / Bul.Kapitan Dimitar Spisarevski 100 . Month and a half later I am still trying to get my deposit back to no avail... CARJET are not responding to my emails an BT RENT A CAR are telling me that the funds will be returned shortly with no results whatsoever... My advice to anyone using any of this companies... STAY AWAY...”
“BT rent a car, an agincy the website works with in Sofia Bulgaria stole my monay.
The deposit wasn't refonded, to my cerid card almost a month later, I have rented the car for less than 30 hours, and I returned it flawless.
Carjet isn't responding to my emails, although I get an automatic reply my email has been received!

“Think!!! Too good to be true. It is. Jet car is a broker. Third party. So many hidden costs. My £31 hire turned into £92. Had to pay for mileage as their limited mileage wasn’t enough. I paid for waiver insurance but it wasn’t accepted at the actual car hire place, So had to pay another £50 for that. (collection isn’t even at the airport). I could have hired from Enterprise for £60 and got like for like. So disappointed in myself for being suckered in. The only reason for the two stars is the guy handling the handover was patient with an extremely unhappy and dissatisfied customer.”
“absolute scandal staff was giving me wrong information or they didn’t explain very well very unprofessional.they said they ll take £650 not block.and they said if i do insurance with them they won’t take any money so they offered me another insurance and they said if any accident happened you have to pay yourself with your insurance company so couldn’t trust them and refused the car.also when I phoned them from airport for meeting they said me they already picked me up from airport which is not.than they said pick you up in 10 minutes but waiting them for an hour. So I asked them for cancellation and I walked away because couldn’t trust them very dodge now they says they don’t do refund 😡😡😡”
