“Instead of steam key I received login to some dodgy steam account. Most likely non UK. No refund even if I didn't claim any details from that dodgy steam account. Can't left zero stars.”

“Passer votre chemin , j'ai acheté plusieurs Dlc pour le jeu Motorsport manager mais dans le lot il y en avait une qui était déjà utilisé. J'ai fait une requête pour parler de mon problème mais d'après eux j'ai déjà activé le produit alors que dans ma liste de produits activés sur steam elle n'y est pas. En plus de ça le temps de réponse est extrêmement long, problème le 31 mars et dernier mail le 28 avril...”

“I bought a key to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro. This method didn't work but also caused the Home version to corrupt too leaving me with no activated version of Windows. Things happen but the lack of any support from CJS CD Keys, none whatsoever, was unforgivable to me.”

“I did order Life is Strange 2. What I got is episode 1 only and not the full game (episode 1-5). There is absolutely nothing mentioned in the product description. Episode 1 is for free on Steam anyhow since a long time. They told me to read the product description. I explained in detail that I did and the answer was: "I am sorry you have been given exactly same item which you have ordered. ". They did not even consider what I told them. So, the money is gone. Luckily I don't care because it's not much. I guess, I should be sorry because they just got exactly what they "have ordered": A really bad, negative rating for small, scammed profit. Beware everyone! Don't buy from scammers.”

“Extremely poor service I orderd of several Steam Game "KEYS" But they asked me to verify that I am the owner of the credit card But that's okay because they are interested in the security of the purchase But after sending the required documents and verifying, they completed my Order and the big problem is here Because I ordered Steam "KEY" as this is indicated by more than 5 places in the title and product description that .. "KEY" But i don't know why !!! they sent me links, to put my name on Steam, and they will be sent the game as a gift !! What is this deception! I need the KEYS as stated in the description or you should to retuerned my money. the second problem that i opened a ticket 20 hours ago and no one responding and no one cares !! What is this service and very poor handling”

“Key did not work! Product Page mentioned that a Product Key will be emailed. The Key did not work. Customer support said that I have to activate via Telephone, but that didn't work either, even after trying twice. Yet Customer support kept insisting that there was nothing wrong with the Key. I feel that the Products and the Store, both are illegitimate. Stay away! Arun”

“The code I received was one big unreadable mess of text. Almost like programming code. I requested a refund but the charge is still pending on my card. I will give it a couple more business days then request again. This was a very awful experience every step of the way.”

“WHERE IS MY CODE!!!!!????? I'm taking you to court you robbing bastards!!!!! I've gone through all verification and now you're telling me I can't have my game. I'm filing a complaint with the police and I'm taking you to court. Please expect my letter for court proceedings. You have 10 minutes to allow me to have my game before I finalise my court request. I have mental health issues to good luck in court robbing bastards.”
