“Can’t log on. Changed password and says not my request for password change is invalid. Can’t get any support! Not happy. Purchased last week ready to work the weekend. Now have to rebuy!”

“I think it is a bad system in running that you get a steam profile and after me I think but should just have a key as you can put it inside your steam profile one that you get a nysteam profile then you have to remember a new that's just my opinion on this. Good day”

“I have purchased a cd key on an account I had purchased before. I was asked by automated message to provide documents due to being flagged as fraud if I fail to do so the purchase will be automatically refunded. I could not provide these documents nor I had the will to wait for it all to be validated so I decided that I will wait for the refund and write a ticket saying I would like a refund as I purchased the game elsewhere. I have then received an email saying that my order was approved without these requested documents. I have asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. I have not collected the key from their auto collect service. They have also broken their own CANCELLATION POLICY as I have requested the refund before the item was send out and it was send out without the verification they asked about.”

“Still waiting key for my hood outlaws and legends year 1 edition on Xbox one. region United Kingdom. The reason i bought the key was to pre order and pre install the game comes out at midnight, its now 18:18pm. Thats why ive given 1 star.”

“CJS CDKEYS Autokey is completely dodgy and most likely a scam/phishing attempt and a way to sell your details to 3rd parties. Requested phone number and then declined the SMS "security code". Then asked for ID documents. No way, buy somewhere else!”

“Company is a joke. Brought a windows 10 key and i never got it. Done a support ticket, emailed them and messaged on Facebook. Even tried calling to no reply at all! Stole my money!! Will never use again!”

“Office 365 lifetime - account expired twice within few months. Take few days to sort the issue out the first time ( you could not work with any of your documents, caused delay ) the second time, return my money, which is not solving the issue. If it is a legit Microsoft License, as advised, it will not happen. Do not use the cloud storage service! You lose all your data when the account is going down.”

“The key was wrong I reported that and they answered me on 27/04: Thanks so much for your co-operation, I've gathered all the evidence and have now opened a complaint case with our supplier and forwarded all the information, and I will get back to you shortly with a solution. Thanks for your patience and rest assured that you will receive either a fully working replacement key or a full refund :) I estimate that this case will be resolved within 12 hours but sometimes it can take 1-2 days to resolve the issue if it is a particularly complicated case. Once again, rest assured that we will contact you as soon as the supplier responds to us, with a solution for you. We kindly ask that you can please refrain from writing a bad review about our company, until you give us a chance to properly resolve this issue for which we are very sorry. Once again, rest assured your case is progressing and you will receive a follow-up from us via email with confirmation of a solution. We are here to help you, and we will make sure you receive a fully working key or a full refund! And nothing. No response was received, I did not receive a usable key that I had already paid for. “I bought a game that was supposed to give me access to the open dev beta if the description was anything to go by. Full instruction on the webpage. But upon paying I could not access the key. I contacted customer service, and nothing for a few days. When I finally got a reply, they said "we see that your problem has been resolved". So I put them straight and explain again, nothing. I start a new customer service email and I wait a few days, they refund me, but only to my store balance. Great, so now what? I still don't get what I wanted, and there was no explanation of what I asked about, no warning of what they were planning. Nothing. Useless.”

“Anti Fraud Verification email requsting forms of ID i dont have, inc passsport/driving licence/ student ID-- i dont drive/travel and im in my 50's! previous 2 orders went through ok. The hoops you have to jump through is a total joke.”
