“I have had to contact support twice now due to the account locking me out after a few months. The product will work and all is good for a few months then the account will stop working and kick you out. When you contact customer support it takes days to receive a reply and they are still reluctant to give you your money back and don't offer any apology.”

“Purchased a license for office 356 some weeks ago ago, worked fine on iPad. Tried to use it some days ago on my pc: INVALID ACCOUNT. Tried many times and carefully. I've filled two times the ticket for issues, Thursday and Sunday, not even a confirmation. I decided to use the contact form, than at least the automatic confirmation has arrived, but still no answer or help from a real person and no solving. It's already 5 days without any answer. I'm a patient person but this seems to me nothing to trust.”

“I bought lifetime access to Microsoft Office 365 and it all worked perfectly at first. 6 Months later, the access stopped. The account no longer had access to Microsoft Office, as it no longer had a licence applied to the account. I contacked CJS CD keys, firstly using their "faulty keys" form, and then using their "ticket" system. It's been almost a week without a response, which I guess isn't a long period of time but when you use microsoft office as much as I do, it really is an issue. I will have to purchase this elsewhere -- I suggest you look somewhere else for lifetime licences, I don't think this place honours lifetime, they probably just hope you won't grumble when it stops working after 6 months.”

“Writing review in regards to order 1967786. Tried to buy Windows 10 Home key, but it didn't work. Well, fine, can happen. But the worst part is that the customer service has not been responsive for 2 days now. Tried to contact via different method, said "will reply within hours", but... silence. So can't give anything expect for one star - paid for service, didn't get it and can't even get reply from the support team.”

“sells telephone activated keys for the price you can have retail keys in other places that you don't have to activate though some shady third party site . and mention this only once in small print in a large text body , and no refund possible”

“CJS keys will not work on a Mac laptop that has already installed Microsoft Office. Not maybe that key itself is not OK, but system will never get you to the Activation Wizard where you will be able to start following CJS activation instructions. When asked for a help, (via email) I kept getting some generic emails back from their support email address which clearly shows no one is behind that email address. I don't know about other things but definitely don't buy Microsoft Office keys through CJS CD.”

“Could not activate the key as the activation wizard would not give me the telephone option. Customer service do not listen to me when I explained the problems. Kept sending me the same instructions.I am not computer illiterate. Reinstalled programme twice still no.acti activation wizard. No sign of them returning my money!”

“Paid for a key, CJS refusing to give it to me. I do not reccomend, Instant Gaming far more reliable. I am still waiting to hear back about a refund from CJS, looks like I have no choice but to put in a PayPal dispute.”

“Suddenly names chance, there are files in OneDrive that do not belong to us. The sell the same credentials multiple times and do not reply to support tickets regarding this (we waited 2 month after asking for support before writing this)”

“Sold an inactive CD-Key for the game "Sea of Thief"! Support not answered for more than a week !!! Money back, when I ask for it, some kind of error on the website all the time! Very very bad site. I will catch one for the first time!”
