“Placed the order, PAYPAL says they paid, CJS say they haven't and I can't get my goods! PAYPAL not answering, CJS not answering. Hopefully this will get sorted soon.”

“I have purchased a cd key on an account I had purchased before. I was asked by automated message to provide documents due to being flagged as fraud if I fail to do so the purchase will be automatically refunded. I could not provide these documents nor I had the will to wait for it all to be validated so I decided that I will wait for the refund and write a ticket saying I would like a refund as I purchased the game elsewhere. I have then received an email saying that my order was approved without these requested documents. I have asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. I have not collected the key from their auto collect service.”

“The advertised code as being non-region specific was region specific and did not work. Tried to get my money back and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops and then did not give me the money back. I had to put in a claim with PayPal.”

“An absolute disaster Wrong key received and no answer to my email after 3 days. Apparently you should get an answer within 10 minutes. Money away and I was completely let down!”

“Ive had issue with the key, it's been almost 2 weeks and trying to get help and/or a refund has been a nightmare,its all back and fourth with the same info,when all i need is help with the key or my money back,honestly if i knew it was going to be this big of a issue i wouldn't have ordered in the first place...order at your own risk”

“Slow and a real hassle to get your money back. Ordered a game from them because I had a few free hours to spend. Their system didn't work and I got the "There is a temporary problem with our Autokey system - please try to collect again and the key should appear within the next 12 hours. We apologise for the delay!" error message. Tried for about half an hour until I just gave up and bough the game somewhere else, otherwise I would have wasted the little free time I had. Asked CJS to please cancel the order and refund me. After a bit of back and forth they got me store credit. Really? Why would I want to use your service again considering it's this slow for the age of digital gaming. Waiting for a response about the refund to my original payment method as we speak, but they sure are taking their time. So I decided to click on one of the 11 emails asking for me to review the experience so here I am. Not recommend using their service.”

“I bought Planet zoo premium edition and they provided me with 3 codes which was for 1 game and 2 expansions which premium edition comes with 5 expansions so 6 codes. I complained and went into great deal and reply I got was that they sent me all codes. I then messaged them back and they didn't reply. Had to go through paypal to get a partial refund. I am sure plenty of people have got there product and the site isnt meant to be a con but the incompetence/non existence of customer will meant I shall not buy from them again and if you are going to buy ensure that its going to be a single code and not be a complete edition because it will be far from complete.”
