“After multiple attempts at contacting CJS. They are just now starting to steal money from people. If you read this, please check Twitter before you do anything. There are so many complaints about scams, invalid keys and support being absent (I am one of those unfortunately). Key not generated, then not given the correct store credit amount to fulfil a repurchase. Not contact after days of trying. ALWAYS PAY USING PAYPAL TO PROTECT YOURSELF IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME! You can recover costs that way. Other good key alternatives (kinguin - CDKeys.com) but there are loads, and their support is good. Such a shame CJS was unable to keep up here. Previously I would have left a good review.”

“I actived eset key, but I got some issue, eset said it’s a free trial days license key, and I should get 2 years license and the date, gonna end at December 2022, It should end June 2023. I sent many emails and they still asked me I activated the key and it works fine? I didn’t pay for a free trial license but for a complete version. I don’t recommend this website”

“I bought life-time access for Office 365, After couple of months, account for office was deactivated, so I get a new account but same problem after 5 months. After i wrote to support no response. Sorry for that but I can't recommend it.”

“bought key for game on steam which is already in use, finding the customer support slow and sending me round in circles will raise a dispute on the transaction as getting this resolved is looking unlikely”

“Bought a Total War: WARHAMMER II - Rise of the Tomb Kings CD Key For Steam, The cd-key was region locked, and i was unable to claim it via steam, i opened a support ticket, and it has been two days without anyone addressing my problem.”

“The long story-short, thanks to PayPal I got refunded. The long story - I've purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 CD Key (Digital Download) but the key was not valid. Tried numerous times the activation as per CJS site and page, but nothing. Contacted them with detailed explanation on everything including that I've followed their webpage and got answer to follow the written on their page and to sent them the error messages. I've tried one more time the activation and send them the error codes, after which they have requested an official written answer from Microsoft that the key is not valid. In order to get such response I had to purchase support option, the cheapest of which was 200Euros, which was not an option. To add to the above, each answer to my mails from CJS was delayed at least 2-4 days. I've purchased the key December 20th 2020 and thanks to PayPal I was able to get my refund at the end of February. If this payment wasn't done through PayPal I could still wait for refund CJS. Don't use them. Use other provider.”

“I don't think it was made clear at all that you have to log into a Microsoft account they create for you and do all your work there. You CANNOT use Microsoft Office offline or when you are logged into your real Microsoft account. This means it's pretty much a waste of money unless you are able to use their made up Microsoft account and be signed in all of the time. I bought this product twice thinking the first time was a mistake onlt to discover that it wasn't. What a waste of money.”

“Just an awful website. I was attracted by the price of the Microsoft office software. I followed all instructions and I was told by Microsoft that the code given was not valid and they did not recognise it. I was given a second code and the same thing happened. Not recognised. I have now contacted CJS for a refund as I went elsewhere to buy the software as there codes were faulty. All I’ve been met with from them is automated replies sending me instructions (I’ve already read, and followed and it still didn’t work). I’ve had to take this further with my bank and with Microsoft who believe this is fraudulent and have given me a reference number in order to keep updated with this claim. Don’t be drawn in by the price. “In my case it was to good to be true” :( I have still not received a refund after multiple messages over 2 weeks.”

“I made purchase for office 2013 key and got email with instructions. Finally figured out that i can`t activate office by phone as CJS succest. This version of office does`t have that option to do so. Disappointed for wasting 9,87€ for nothing. So great thanks for nothing.”

“This key purchased for Microsoft Office for my Mac does not work. Despite sending several e-mails, no actual support was offered. Therefore, I requested a refund and this has also been completely ignored?”

“Very bad service. will not recommend to anyone. Paid MS office pro 2019 cannot be download. You charged me £16 for updating drivers. no help on downloading driver and Office. Received no response for my emails. Don't know who is at the other end. please refund in full if you are unable to resolve my downloading issues. thanks”
