“False advertisement. On the website it says unused, brand new product(office 2016) activation key. But when you try to use the key, you have an error message saying this product activation key has reached its maximum number of use. Then they recommend you to use a trick to activate it which I doubt that it's even legal. The company refused a refund. Now I am going through Paypal to get my refund. (When I move forward in this review I see some funny questions as How easy was it to get a refund? and How many days did the refund take?. In the answers they forgot to add options like "I was never able to get my refund".)”

“I bought a windows 10 pro key which was never fulfilled even though it was paid for. At this point i have been waiting over 2 months and have contacted customer services on at least 7 different occasions asking then to chase my order up, until the previous 3 times where i straight up asked for a full refund as it was clear they had no intention fulfilling my order. When i asked for a refund i still didnt get one even after providing proof that it was paid for, i just kept getting the mostly scripted generic response from the terrible customer service agent. I ended up having to take a chance and pay again for the same thing, which was fulfilled immediately. DO NOT use this website as they clearly are okay with scamming customers wether intentional or not. Also there is no way to elevate your complaint to a manager or supervisor so if you do have an issue then hopefully your agent cares enough to actually TRY and find out what happened to your order or else you may aswell just forget about getting any help whatsoever. Also i couldnt call as i have to phone a US number from the UK which the call itself would be a significant portion of the order price with no guarantee it would solve anything. Honestly ive never had an issue with this site before until this and the experience has fully put me off ever using this service again or recommending it to anyone, id give this review 0 stars if i could.”

“I'm still waiting for assistance after SIX days. All I get is boilerplate repetition of instuctions I already have & NO response to the SPECIFIC probllem I have described. Maybe this negative review will get someone's attention???”

“Bad experience. They are selling Halo 4 from MCC that only plays on Xbox one/Series X but using imaging that shows it as being the Xbox 360 version. Won't refund me. Will update review if they resolve the issue...for now 1 star, would be 0 if possible!”

“Pushased a Windows 10 Pro Key and received a Windows 10 Enterprise key. Now I'm running an OS I didn't want, doesn't activate and I can't get my money back until the key I was sold is purchased by someone else. Not a good experience at all.”

“I'm totally confused how to use the MS office key that I purchased and would like to see simple instructions how to download set it up and use it. Is it purely a web connection each time or do you have to download the application. A previous version my son had was a download which was a lot easier for a pensioner to understand. I want to use MS office but to be honest I keep away from this application because I find I get confused. I would like my money back but all I am offered is credit against the account which I doubt I will ever use again. If I am helped I may change my view.”

“terrible website, I've bought 4 things and I've had issues with all of them 1. wanted me to send a picture of my ID, I refused and it took like 50 hours to get approved 2. had to refund because it was region locked even though there was no indicator 3. site said it was a key, but it was a gift which worked, but it's not as described which sucks 4. item not as described, I paid 25£ and only got one item, it was supposed to be a bundle summary: save yourself the trouble, I'm currently still in the process of getting my 25£ back”

“Terrible. Asked me to telephone activate but the option to telephone activation option was not there!!!!! Downloaded 2 different versions didn't work when I emailed them requesting a refund they ignored my request and assured me the link worked even though I had sent them a screenshot with no link!!! My order number is 1988582 if you would like to process my refund instead of sending me an email saying it works!”
