“I purchased both Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 CD Key and never succeeded to activate it”

“I purchased both Microsoft Office 2019 PRO and Visio 2019 PRO and never succeeded to activate Visio once Office was active. The support team repeatedly requested an error code but there was none. Once you entered the key and click on the Activate button, there was nothing really happening except that it went back to the no licence key active. I even have recorded the sequence three times in a row, but the support team still is asking for an error code in order to do a refund, which I do not want, but a working solution instead. I have also asked every time, if I should uninstall Office and then install Visio first but never got a reply on this. it really looks like the support is a robot and no email is answered by real human who can read.”

“DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Let me say it again in case your still thinking about it DO NOT DO IT!!! I knew I shouldn’t have my my kid really wanted this animal for her Roblox so against my better judgment I did and here we are no animal and out almost $30 literally the most ridiculous website ever they have no problem taking your money then tell you they can’t verify your phone and try to tell you to jump through hoops sending ids and bank statements and utility bills.... WHAT you took my money with out any type of verification! PLEASE save yourself the aggravation and buy it through the legitimate site because if it sounds to good to be true it is!”

“Trash. Bought a xbox game pass key and absolutely nowhere did it say that the key is geo-restricted to somewhere. Now I have to go through all the hassle of refunding etc. Trash scammy website, don't use.”

“Ordered Office 2019, was sent keys for 2016. It was not what I ordered. Also no mention of having to use phone activation, probably not legitimate keys in that case. Will never use again.”

“Very disappointed to only get access to a login portal for microsoft office packages and not keys for downloadable word, excel, presentation etc. This is a clear case of mis-selling as they have the word 'key' littered all around their advert for the product including emails in ways that mislead. I want my money back.”

“I had been buying from them for a few months. Everything is good but this last one i bought 20 keys and only 9 of them is working. Tech support please help i had no way to contact you. I did follow your procedure but no help. I want to give you guy a chance to resolve my issues.”

“GIVEN ME A KEY THAT DOES NOT WORK, WILL NOT HELP ME TO GET THIS WORKING, I HAVE EMIALED TILL I AM BLUE IN THE FACE WITH NO REPLY FROM THEM , DO NOT BUY A KEY FROM THIS SITE, THERE SERVICE IS RUBBISH. THEY GO ON ABOUT HOW HELPFUL THERE ARE BUT ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THEY JUST DONT CARE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN”

“Sadly, I have experienced the worst service ever... I ordered the software, tried to download it and it did not work. I contacted them, they firstly took 2 weeks to eventually reply to my numerous emails. They then promised to refund my once they resold the the product key. I did not hear back for a long time, so I emailed them again. They said they sold the key and would refund me. I have been since for months trying to get my refund back, but now they ignore me and said they can not give me a refund cause Paypal does not accept refunds after a certain period. THEY DELAYED PAYING ME BACK!!!! I would definately NOT recommend them to anyone. BECAREFUL WHAT YOU PURCHASE, WETHER IS WORKS OR NOT YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!”

“Their verification process is such a pain! Just bought a new Xbox Series X, ordered from here to save a little bit on the subscription costs but the verification process was such a pain! Required me having to mess around with getting sent text verification codes and threatened me with demanding my passport ID documents! Just pay the extra bit more and buy from a better key seller site like CDKeys.”

“I purchased a $20 UPlay key which would not activate in my country. My initial request for replacement through the online "Problem with your key" support system was ignored. 2 days later, I attempted a refund request on the support system and was told that only one entry is allow. DO NOT buy anything from this RIPOFF company.”
