“Bought a game I wanted, good price and I had a spare afternoon to play it. Paid for the digital copy of the game and the only instant thing to happen was my payment, had to wait 24 hours to be able to collect the key code. Apparently it's so they can make sure payment wasn't fraudulent. Strange as I order using PayPal a lot and never had a problem with any other retailers. So be aware instant is not always instant with this company.”

“Code they sent did not work so i issued a refund, there reply was "In order to claim a full refund or replacement for your problem key, we need you to contact Xbox Live support and ask them for the problem with the code, and send the screenshot of the conversation you had with their web-chat to us." this was already after screening multiple images iof the code not working for a refund”

“I bought a key from them trying to give my fiancee an aniversary gift, they asked me for the same details multiple times in one week, after which they refused to provide with a different key or a refund upon learning that the key is region locked despite stating it is Global on allkeyshop. Their support has very immature and childish responses, a spelling mistakes that are laughable matter and would definitely NOT recommend anyone to buy from them ever again. I had to go through all of this and ANTI Fraud check before it. So i am stuck with a key that does NOT work and my money GONE and them not wanting to help. Just stay away. I would give 0 stars if i could.”

“The code they gave me did not work and almost 24 hours later I m still yet to see a response. I am happy to delete this review when they correct the error but for now I am almost £50 out of pocket for nothing.”

“Bought a game disco elysium for steam when priced at £23.18 on 9th April but never received as code, after constantly trying to get an answer i got a refund via store credit, which i was never given an option with, id prefer back to bank account as other locations were now around that price, instead, i have £23.18 credit for a game which now increased in price to £29.46. I asked about it and there answer was "Sorry for inconvenience caused. Our supplier has raised the price at the last moment. " IT WAS THERE FAULT I NEVER RECIEVED MY CODE IN THE FIRST PLACE, NOW IM FORCED TO PAY MORE”

“I purchase Office license, followed the instructions but always appear product unlicensed. about 10 times I complained and always got the same reply: follow the instruction as if a robot was on the other side. No matter what I explained always got the same reply. until I wrote I give up and accept I lost the money”

“Bought life is strange 2 from them, it was the cheapest deal I could find so I thought why not? instead of getting the game from them I got some game I already owned when I tried to redeem it on steam, I just don't know what game it was as steam doesn't say. I sent them a ticket to try and get the correct game 7 days ago, they say they respond within 24 hours of sending a ticket...but yet I've got nothing, I then decide to read on trustpilot about them and I see tons of reviews all saying the same thing as it shows all the most recent reviews. Now what I'm wondering is, how is it possible for a company that fucks up as royaly hard as this with providing a simple key, has tons of other reviews all saying the same thing, with others also stating that they contacted CS and recieved no responsed as well...but somehow has a high % of positive reviews? have they bought them or what? stay away is all I can say.”

“Dont reply to emails with human replies they ignore what you say and provide you with automated responses. They gave me the wrong key for a game and are refusing refund would advise you go to g2a games or just but full price. They still haven’t refunded me”

“Searched for GTAV and ended up with Google Shopping presenting a selection of prices. Selected CJS, not the cheapest but a company but one I'd recognised. Sadly, with the artwork and listing appearing valid, they'd been advertising GTAIV in Google shopping for GTAV. It only came to light when downloading the package through steam. An easy mistake to make, but was it done deliberately by CJS? 12 hours after contacting them the GTAIV listing had been removed from Google Shopping. Add in the fact that the emails to confirm the order present multiple 'Collect your code' links in LARGE TEXT but leave the detail that indicates they're sending a different item to the foot of the email in the smallest of text. When you point out the bait and switch their response is "We do not refund on delivered codes" Companies House indicates the company has one employee. Support signs off with multiple names. Make what you will from that! Read the reviews, fine when you get what you expected and it works, but as soon as there's an issue, forget it, this company is rotten to the core.”

“Hi, I am entering the correct code, Windows 7 will not accept the letter 'N' as part of this code. if I paste the code T389G-NM4WY-TH4YF-R6Q8P-FX8XC into Windows 7 what gets pasted is T389G-M4WYT-H4YFR-RQ8PF-X8X, the letter 'N' is omitted. If I type the code in, when I get to the letter 'N', I get the 'Unacceptable Character' message. None of the letters A E I L N O S U are acceptable as part of a Windows 7 Key. Try this yourself. As the complete code is in this email, why don't you try pasting it into a copy of Windows 7 to prove this. I have another installation as well as the one that this key is intended for and it doesn't accept the letter 'N' either. The code you sold me is NOT a valid Windows 7 key. Please send me a valid key.”

“This is the worst place to buy digital software. Everytime i purchase a code. I left waiting for a silly email for almost 24h which asks to provide proof of identity. Because they think its fraud. And doesnt matter how many times you buy from them every time this happenes. Costumer service responds in a day or 2. Dont buy from them. I waisted my nerves and time !”
