“Be very careful that you order the correct product. If you don’t and the key doesn’t work they will not refund your money.”

“Unfortunately had poor experience with CD Keys. Placed an order that didn't turn out to work properly, emailed customer support on a couple if occasions after trying to contact over the phone and unfortunately no reply or answer whatsoever. Very dissapointed”

“Twice over the registration information sent to me for the Microsoft Office 2019 Pro programme which I ordered were not legitimate product key codes and therefore that which I purchased could not be activated? AS time was not on my side, out of desperation and in an absolute dilemma I downloaded Open Office Apache 4 in order to be able to carry on working on my PC. It would appear and this according to Microsoft that CJS Keys are not issuing individuals with legitimate Product Activation codes and therefore this company cannot be relied upon where purchases of this nature are concerned! As MS Office 2019 Pro is a downloadable product direct from Microsoft's own servers no Courier or postal services are in any way implicated in obtaining this product?”

“I purchased a game for a relative as a birthday present. I passed on authentication code but unfirtunately he was unable to access game. After numerous emails the problem was not solved and they then stopped replying to emails. This is now in the hands of Paypal for a refund and they are are still not responding Absolutely awful customer service and will never deal with them again.”

“Gave a Windows 7 key that did not work. Refused to give refund and I had to go through PayPal to get refunded. Deceptive and manipulative tactics, including the email that requested this review. Never work with this company again.”

“I bought 12 licenses and can't activate the licenses online. I have to activate them by phone. As i tried that i found out that the phone number doesn't work. I found the Microsoft support who wanted to activate the licenses for me and when asking for the product id i was told the the id 's were illegal because they were for developers so Microsoft doesn't want to activate the license. I have been having this problem for 2 weeks now and no response from the cjs support.”

“Steer clear of these cowboys. As soon as something goes wrong they don’t want to know. My game code went to someone else and when I asked for my money back they said they could not carry on any dialogue with me. I finally got my money back from PayPal. And then they send me a begging email asking me to review them. Jokers see below part of the begging email. “Terrible. Key did not support office 2010 pro as stated. When I tried to explain nobody wanted to listen and just insisted that key was good. money down the drain. but once bitten twice shy.”
