“Desperate for reviews and trying bribes for 5 star reviews. I've shopped with them before, and it was fine (I think - was a while back) but I wouldn't trust any reviews now they're all fake from people desperate to be entered into a (probaby non-existant) raffle.”

“Gave me an ivalid office 2016 license, have not restored my money back, no answer from their behalf regarding this issue.I do NOT recomend them!!!!”

“They will do anything to keep your money. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges because they will never refund your money. Never again!”

“Very unexpected. Highly organised unethical service. What you think, you don’t get from them. Complete money loss and unbelievable service. I have no idea how they get chance to do business. Don’t buy anything from them unless you want to ruin your life !”

“Very unhelpful company only interested in the money rather then satisfying the customer. I purchased a 12 month xbox live key and it didn't work, so now out of pocket and I had to purchase else where to get a working key. Buyer Beware.... Not a good service. I would have scored lower but 1 was lowest.”

“Purchased a europe cd key but when I tried to activate it it said it was purchased in a different region. When I contacted support about this it took them 3 days to get back to me. All they said was speak to microsoft support see what they say, screen shot the messages and send them to us. I spoke to microsoft who said they couldn't do anything as the buyer should have a cd card saying the exact region on. I contacted cjs cd keys AGAIN yesterday morning and I am still waiting a response. I am so disappointed and annoyed. So much for responding to support tickets in 12 hours. I have gone 5 days now without being able to play the game which I purchased. God knows how long it will take to get my next reply from them. The reason I bought it from them rather than a shop in the first place is so that I could play it instantly without going out. I wish I would have just walked to the supermarket now.”

“Bought cyberpunk 2077 when it got out, they sold a regional key without writing on the product's page, I never got the key, never got a refund, and was told it was my own fault. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, TAKE MY MONEY AND GO BUY MEDICINE TO HEAL YOURSELVES.”

“Fraudulent website, cheated me 84.65 GBP Extremely bad shopping experience I purchased 5x Call of Duty Black Ops CDK from this site on 2021/2/13. I thought I was being sent the "CDK" shown on their webpage, but after purchasing I found out it was a Steam gift link and there was a time limit? The worst part is that I requested a refund from their customer service, and their customer service representative "Cecil M. (Senior Support)" told me that they would re-sell my purchase, but after a month of waiting they didn't reply to me again, and the status of my order was changed to "Refunded" However, I did not receive a refund notice on my PayPal account. Then, I filed a dispute with PayPal, and after submitting several proofs, PayPal just rejected my dispute application, and 84.65 GBP was just cheated away by them! Don't shop on this site! Don't shop on this site! Don't shop on this site!”

“Purchased a code for Ark. The code was no good and asked for a refund. Not only did they ask me to submit the information again, they wanted me to call Nintendo and figure out why the code didn't work! Why should I do all the footwork for a product I couldn't use!”

“I bought two cd keys from them, Office and Windows but after 2 days of waiting and trying to get them to answer me I went to Paypal to get my money back. Then finally they could see it fit to contact me and send me the activation keys.....they did not work and I am not even going to try to get new keys or even a response from them, they can keep my money. Everything in this process is overly complicated and there system is slow and inaffective.”
