“Horrible experience, bought a key for Office 2019 which can be activated only using a phone. Followed the procedure but it did not work. They told me to contact Microsoft support. Did that - after more than an hour with MS representative they told me that the key does not exist! got back to CJS CD Keys with this info and they sad I should get a proof that the key does not exist (even though I have an email from the MS representative about our interaction). Had enough 19$ lost. Lesson learned. CJS CD Keys, never again!”

“So bad they’re bribing people with a chance to win a free game to get a five star review. Not this time fellas. Man who runs the site is a washed up child actor who scams on the reg. Make sure check the 1star reviews on here before you use their service because they’re horrendous and you can’t trust the good reviews.”

“Bought a key for farcry 4 season pass. It didn’t mention at all that it wasn’t available for PS4 and because the pc and uplay codes are on the site separate I presumed that it would be the right one. But no it was another uplay code even though it didn’t mention this. When asked for a refund it is virtually impossible, was told it would go back to my account when someone buys the code (In a few days they said) but obviously not with it been an old game. Been waiting months now and nothing. Awful service and I won’t be using again. Waste of time and money all together.”

“Had a real mixed experience with keys/accounts. Some worked, some didn't. They should make it quicker/easier and compensate if things go wrong. We had 5 "lifetime" keys expire within a month. They often have an issue where the payment goes missing and needs manual intervention. Even had an issue where their process wouldn't work, they "fixed" the next day and delivered 2 of the wrong keys, refused to help so I was stuck with them.”

“If I could leave a review of 0 stars I would!! Terrible customer service, repeatedly contacted them to resolve a activation code not working and was completely ignored!! I resorted to escalating my complaint and eventually a refund was given. Would never use again.”

“Absolutely awful experience. Very poor customer service, with no response. Paid $80+ and keys did not work. Impossible to get your money back and no one responds to your messages. Would never use again.”

“bought several win 10 keys , one did not work , had me running around like a fool , i followed complains procedure to the letter , they kept coming back and asking for extra ashots , went on for 3 weeks , automated replies , gaver up and went to paypal for refund in the end”

“I brought a key for Microsoft office that didn't work. Tried multiple times and every which way including calling the number to activate. I asked for a refund but they will do whatever they can to not give it out. Customer service is terrible and it felt like I was talking to a brick wall”

“The product did not work as advertised as the key was rejected by Microsoft. Support for this issue was very slow and took many weeks to resolve, forcing me to purchase the product elsewhere There appeared to be a general lack of motivation and professionalism to assist me in addressing my issues I will not be using CJS CD Keys again”

“If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. First off it’s truly pathetic for a company to email me asking for a 5 star rating because they need to “bring up their reputation”. My God, wow. Secondly, I received a faulty key. When I asked for a refund, they told me to just keep trying. I tried more than once and it never worked. I asked for a refund again and was again refused. I threatened that I would file a fraud claim with my CC company and was finally told I would get my money back. They then proceeded to provide me a credit for a future key. Again, I told them I want a refund. They stopped responding to me, I filled a fraud claim with my CC company and I got my money back that way. After this happened, they emailed me again about my refund and stated that if I truly wanted a refund that there was a fee for that. I responded by informing them I filed a fraud claim and not to contact me anymore. This didn’t work. They still contact me once every several weeks to ask HOW IM ENJOYING THE GAME I PURCHASE. Please, please do not use this company. It is a train wreck and will mind f*** you.”

“An absolute useless and unprofessional company,... borderline scammers!!!! 0 stars are more appropriate and a report to "Action Fraud Police". I bought MS Office but was unable to activate the product. Microsoft's response was as their records do not recognize this as a valid product and that I should return this product for a refund. Each email exchange back to CJS CD felt they wanted to take me round in complete circles. I asked for a refund numerous times but got nothing. CJS CD Keys eventually closed my case and saying that the issue was resolved. at the end of the day, no refund and an Invalid CD Key.”

“Send you a code that you can't use then take weeks to refund but only after having to open a PayPal dispute Will never use again and would advise anyone to stay well clear Customer service is a joke”
