“Terrible site, slow customer service. Last week I bought a game and it went on backorder due to the merchant raising the price for unknown reasons. Took a week but finally got a refund, bought a new game and it tells me I have to redeem it as a gift through some website (which they never mentioned on CJs site that it is a gift link). I get an error trying to receive this gift and now waiting again to get a refund because their support is slow to respond . Never using this website again, easier places to shop without the headaches, not to mention the constant sms code verification's I have to do on every order.”

“stay away from this site, they are selling something that is not right and will not deliver what you pay for. bought a product that should contain 9 keys, but got only 4 where of the 2 were the same key, so only 3 keys. they now say I got what I needed, despite the fact that I can prove that the same package with exactly the same description on steam contains 9 keys. that they have made a mistake is actually ok, but that they now claim that I am so down that I do not understand what I have bought and that they are trying to blame me for that they have cheated me I can in no way accept and I hope everyone will stay far away from this site that cheats their customers. criticism they do not like to get and I am politely encouraged not to write anything negative about them on social media, but I can in no way just accept that they cheat their customers therefore I write this review anyway ..”

“Ordered a few years ago and the product did not work in my region, despite the website saying it would. Contacted customer support, Cecil, and they said they couldn't do anything, even though I could not use the product, I suggested more solutions but they never responded. I have sent another few more emails but they seem to not respond anymore.”

“Had an issue with 2 out of 3 keys purchased. 1 was a trial rather than the full game the 2nd there was an issue with the autokey service. Wont be using this site again, there's other more user friendly and reliable key providers.”

“Lots went wrong, I advise against using this company: 1) I purchased a licence key for office pro 2019 in March 2021. They only provide OEM keys that only work with telephone activation. I have no problem with this, except that it appears Microsoft only have an online registration system for Office 2019. 2) Therefore all instructions provided are incompatible and unhelpful. 3) I had five rounds with support to get this resolved, but they were consistently unhelpful. Each response was generic, took no account of the problem and ultimately has not resolved the issue. Despite providing screen shot and a clear explanation. 4) Ticket turnaround time was typically two days - So I've persevered for ten days, without resolution. 5) Final straw was CJS providing an alternate source file download on a google drive which was unavailable, as it violated google's terms. I completely appreciate Microsoft are taking financial advantage of their market power, but this is not a viable alternative. I suspect CLS's keys may work with office 2016 and earlier, but clearly they have not taken account of recent advancements by Microsoft for v2019. I've requested a refund and await response. CJS, if you're reading this, my ticket was #398559, you have work to do :)”

“Says theyve shipped my Digital download Key, nothing is showing the ket on the AutoKey thing they use, tried to report the problem, but it requests the key code, if i dont, i cant move forward... as you can see, theres a problem. not key to report the missing key.”
