“No install file or instruction for correct product download and the key provided is for a different version of MS Office. No support ticket or email results in a response and as far as l am concerned not to be trusted.”

“I keep getting problems when getting keys on autokey on cjs had to make tickets for many of the keys i have bought and it takes ages for the tickets to be answered.”

“Well let's see yet another software key provider that sells the products with instant downloads took me 25min to get to the screen to generate my key then get an error, try to get refund tells me to redeem via auto key, so I try again error this is NOT instant. Will keep updating till I get a response.”

“paid for a month's gamepass and was charged £12 and was sent a new account months trail which was only £2.. si a got robbed if £12 as i cant redeem code as its for new accounts only. the carry in to recive a refund is a joke screenshot of xbox live chats, screenshoots if bills and more for a error thay have caused. looks like al be keeping a cide a cant use a will never use this site again”

“This company is a rip off. Purchased Office 2019, followed their instructions for download completely and Microsoft refuses to recognize the installation code. CJS refuses to refund and think I will be willing to continue the bad experience by using a store credit. PayPal is now involved and I hope to get refunded by PayPal and hope PayPal won’t deal with this company in the future.”

“Very disappointed, do not buy any computer software from CJS CD keys, Office 365 wasn't the full version. Never worked, ended up buying from Microsoft. Worst customer service iv ever had to deal with, didn't seem interested in helping, very dismissive. Went back and fourth, saying I knew what i was buying. If something looks too good to be true, it is. They refuse to refund, hence the review. For the sake of £8 they would rather lose a customer.”

“I was told I was purchasing a game key, but what they actually sold me was an already existing account. This is classic behaviour of key resellers who have obtained keys from shall we say, questionable sources. I have requested a refund and will update on its progress.”

“I paid for a game that didn't work and i have emailed multiple times about the problem and they don't want to listen or give me a refund the stole my money even though I sent them all the evidence they needed and they still won't give me a refund they are a fraud company that like to steal of people I will need buy a game of them again”
