“Bought a key that said it had "10+ in stock" and "instant delivery". Was met with an "awaiting fulfillment, you'll receive a key close to the release date, check our store for a date" with no date in sight. Can't even cancel my order since it's been "dispatched".”

“Brought a Premium Edition of a game which is meant to include Deluxe Edition Base Game + 8 DLCS/Content Packs. Instead I received Standard Edition and 3 Seperate DLCS. Missing about $70 worth of DLC based on the price of whats missing on steam. Will update review once this is sorted.”

“This is my worst purchase ever. I purchased CJS key for Microsoft office in Aug 2020, I haven't been able to collect the key to use it. I had purchased my laptop in June 2020 and it has all the drivers necessary, but every time I go to collect the key, it keeps on taking me to a page to buy an additional driver for $9.99. I don't have money to waste. If I had purchase the key from Microsoft it wouldn't require the additional driver.”

“the keys i got was not working, i got 4 and the 2 of them dont work. and the pack i payed for is not what i got, i payed for a packet like this https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/9464/Jurassic_World_Evolution_Premium_Edition/ but i only got 2 of the 8 DLC”

“Purchased key, registered correctly by phone - not valid, cjs support first response one day later “register by phone” obviously didn’t look at screenshots i sent, next response another day later speak to microsoft, i did and advised invalid licence, for developer use only, 2 days now and can not wait or go through days of useless directions requested credit how long this takes I don’t know”

“Up until this point, I’ve had great results from this merchant. However, this time I was instructed to take a different path to activate my product and I was ultimately told that the product is already exceeded the number of approved activations. I am hoping for a resolution, because I was satisfied with about five previous purchases.”

“Identical problem to the user below (Graeme). Bought a "brand new genuine cd key" for Office 2019. When i tried to activate it said it had been activated too many times. Obviously not "new". Support just kept coming back with the same message over and over again and ignoring everything i said. It's not been 4 weeks and we are no closer to getting it resolved, especially as they only reply after 5-6 days. Stay well away.”
