“the game is gift not key as explained so this is scame appreciate as i don't want to have the gift steam key for the Ark Survival and steam has it for 9.99 $ so why should i buy from this site if the game is gift ????”

“Hi There, To help everyone making an order with CJS CD Keys I will give you some great advice - don't! The service is atrocious!! They are quick to take your money but VERY slow when you have an issue as advised by other negative reviews. I bought a MS Office for Mac key that didn't work and they have been giving me the run around for months! I have all emails and evidence of how poor they are so please let me know if you wish me to forward them on to you. Use another site and don't trust the good reviews”

“I bought a code for the Xbox and when entering the code it wanted 25 digits but I was only given 18. Iv asked for help regarding this but no one has got back to me iv only received a automated email after my first email. I think if you are quick enough to take our money you should be there to help people who are having issues with your service. I will give it another 24 hrs then I'll put in a dispute with PayPal. Hope to here from you soon. Alan Rideout”

“I PAID FOR LIVE GOLD AND THEY DELIVERED A GAME PASS CODE, THE DELIVERY IS NOT INSTANT !! HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE VERIFICATION ....IT TAKE A SOMME TIME THEN A LONG LIST OF VERIFICATION FOR PHONE....FOR E MAIL... THERE ARE MORE SIMPLE AND FASTER SITES !!”

“As you well know I purchased 2 Office 2016 keys and neither one worked, all refused by Microsoft when trying to activate using the phone activation system. After a few months of Emails you eventually fobbed me off as you could not get to the bottom of the problem or send me a working key. I never got working software to this day and even Paypal did not help get my money back. £15 loss to me. Crooks. But being based in another country you do not care.”

“Got a code for Microsoft Word... after 3 months it expired, and then I bought a new code elsewhere (As needed to use it asap). I emailed asking for a refund, and they gave me store credit, I emailed asking for refunds straight to bank account, and never received it. Most the other codes on website are over £7.99 so either have to spend more money with them now or forgo the refund as they have not replied to my response for bank account refund.”
