“Still waiting 2 month later for our issue to be resolved. We bought monopoly and after trying it and checking the region etc it still didn’t work. I’ve emailed twice and been completely ignored”

“don't buy from here. the keys don't work unless you do a phone activation as the message you get from Microsoft tells you that the keys have been activated too many times”

“Awful company, selling keys that require phone activation, not genuine Microsoft keys, bulk volume licence key that didn't work and wouldn't refund! Purchase at your peril!”

“Had bought successfully before but this time the key supplied was rejected as invalid. Was asked to send screenshot of rejection. Days later asked to send different screenshot. Days later another screenshot. Finally told they'd refund. Weeks later still waiting. So ... if the keys work then all good. If not then all the to'ing and fro'ing will make you wish you'd never bothered. Meanwhile ... God knows when or even if I'll ever see my money again. ☹️”

“Really a mess of an experience. Key did not work, I filled out the form (with pics), sent pics when asked via support rep, and was still asked for additional pics. each exchange was a week in delay. Then an agent asks if I am sure I was using the Win10Home key on a Win10Home install....This was the topper...The answer was in the images I sent multiple times...it was clearly shown in the photo...of course another two weeks had gone by...now I have store credit...great. I want a refund and absolutely no processing fee. Honestly, if this were my company I would outright fire the rep who asked if this was a win10home install...sloppy, lazy and just unnecessary. simply a terrible experience over such a ridiculously small transaction.”

“WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM CJS. THIS WILL BE SECOND TIME PURCHASE THE TWO WAS RUBBISH COULD NOT LOAD THE KEYS AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ONLY SENDING VOLUME OF EMAILS BACK”

“2nd time purchasing a key and it was a nightmare.... When trying to receive the key after purchaseing it said it was available and then ask to verify my account but not threw email or txt or something that's standard you guys demanded I take a photo of drivers license and other sensitive information .I just wanted to give you money for a $10 key .I Did later receive a day or two later.”

“PURCHASED A KEY CODE ON CHRISTMAS DAY, STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CODE EVERY TIME I EMAIL THEM THEY SEND AN EMAIL BACK SAYING THEY WILL TAKE A LOOK BUT I NEVER HEAR ANYTHING BACK. WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER NO ONE ANSWERS. I KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND BUT STILL DONT HAVE ONE. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT SUGGEST BUYING FROM THEM. I WANT MY £40 BACK.”

“============= DO NOT USE ============= Unless you want a Runaround! Bought MS Office 2019 It needed Phone Activation (by typing in 60+ No's) Tried this several times, didn't work! Back & forth emails with CJS (1 response a day). CJS Insisting I log it with Microsoft. after 2 hour online chat, MS says Activation Code isn't valid. More emails (again, waiting a day for each response) CJS eventually offers credit. Dont want to use them again, so request refund. CJS wants to charge £1 admin to refund. after a month I caved in, accepted refund charge. Now another month has gone by... I STILL haven't received the Refund! CJS have stopped replying to emails (all of which have been civil). ===================== You Have Been Warned! DO NOT USE! =====================”

“Slow to deliver code that other competitors deliver instantly. Horrible customer service when issues arise. Ordered an additional code that I didn’t need by accident, has been 9 days with no acknowledgement of refund request let alone some action. Wouldn’t use again, or recommend to anybody. Not worth the hassle.”
