“I ordered a key from cjs cd keys and I wouldn't wish the customer service they gave my to my worst enemies! The I got didn't work and I also contacted EA to also see about the key and they said I might have been scammed by this website. It has also been 6 months since I have had a valid reply from cjs cd keys to refund me on the key they game me and doesn't look like that will ever happen! Absolutely appalled that they cant just give me a quick refund but make me wait 6 months talking back and forth to a bot. Will never be buying from here again and I would advise the rest of you not to either.”

“Took payment, didn’t deliver the code. Wouldn’t help when raising a support ticket and kept saying the PayPal payment didn’t exist despite having a transcript from PayPal support that it had all gone through!”

“Bought a Modern Warfare battle.bet account from CJS. Received the login details quickly but they didn’t work. Gave the customer service team ample time to solve the issue (4+ weeks) but nothing ever happened and got given the same excuses every time. Created a PayPal dispute for a refund but they found in favour of CJS (even given all the evidence that the account didn’t work and there customer service was practically non-existent). Would NOT recommend.”

“Sold me a faulty key that was for another region that wouldn't work in my country and I have sent all the documents they need for a refund three times I still havnt got a refund they are now telling me I have to wait on another customer buying the key to get a refund it is there responsibility to sale legitimate keys that will work not ones for other Reagans that have oready been claimed”

“My Xbox live code didn’t work. The process I had to go through to verify that it actually didn’t work was ridiculous. Having experienced this I asked for my money back. I was told I would be charged for getting a refund rather than taking a credit for another code. The whole process literally took months to sort out. Just rubbish!! Won’t be using again. Stick with legitimate sites.”

“Purchased an excel key from them, when this expired after 4 months (should have been a year) we asked why and got this response: Cecil M. (Senior Support) (CJS CD Keys - Support Ticket Center) 16 Dec 2020, 10:39 GMT I am sorry we do not support orders older than 3 months. Kind Regards, Cecil M. CJS CD Keys Support Would never use this company again. Customer service is awful and sell products that expire before they should”

“CJS CD keys refused to refund selling me a illegitimate key, eventually I managed to raise a PayPal dispute and they were forced to refund me. Do not trust this company, always use PayPal buyer protection. CJS CD keys will also attempt to make you wait for a refund only once another buyer purchases your bad key, effectively turning you into a seller of illegitimate keys on their platform. And not solving the problem of selling illegitimate keys. TL;DR - don’t buy from this company, or if you have to....use PayPal buyer protection at the very least.”
