“Paid through pay pal which in turn had to wait over 12hrs to receive my product because of this tried to cancel which I emailed many times to bkt even receive a response”

“cd key does not work for uk consoles even if you use vpn on some games. if i don't get a full refund under the current laws I will just ask my bank to do a charge back for my money. I tried the key it went through but this game is blocked for uk consoles does not work just want my money back. not fit for purpose. Consumer Rights Act 2015 to give consumers new legal rights entitling refund when digital products are faulty not fir for purpose. charge back rules for banks/ credit cards. MasterCard Reason Code charge back. 4855 @ 4853, not as described not fit for purpose. resolution charge back full refund. order number #1834085 Call_of_Duty_Black_Ops_Cold_War_xbox_ONE_CODE_VPN_mtc key on Autokey”

“I purchased a key but when it was sent you could not read it. So I submitted a ticket and told it could be 1-2 hours before their 24 express team replies with an outcome. 24 hours later still nothing. They have my payment and I have no key. Terrible and crooked. Do not use these people they are scammers.”

“Disaster, you have to register with the company to redeem the code, don't really want to share my details. Now i don't have a key to get the game and i have to put the key number in order to report a problem. Complicated, long winded exercise. I have tried to contact the company regarding this problem but seems I cannot proceed with contacting as I don't have the key number. Looking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.”

“Ordered keys for MS office for Mac, instructions showed enter keys into "Activate by phone" window, there is now window like that, it asks you to sign into your account and shows "No keys associated with that account" I asked for support and after sending screen shots in to show what I was dealing with, I was simply told "this product is not for Mac" Well then refund my $$ !!!”

“We have purchased many sets of keys, however of the last 8 purchased, only 2 have worked. We have contacted Customer Support but not had any response now for many days. If they work they work, if they don't support is poor. Be prepared to loose some money. Get you act together support and help me ..”

“I ordered a megladon pack for the Xbox one, I got a code that didnt have enough digits and the process of correcting this is ridiculous. To redeem the voucher you need a 25 digit code, I got a 20 digit code. You get kicked off the page at every step when you try to report the fault.”

“I bought a package in July with lifetime guarantee and use on 3 appliances. My hard drive went and had to be replaced 4 months later. Tried to reinstall previous purchase to be told it was out of date which was contradictory to your terms and conditions. I ended up having to repurchase package again. Not impressed.”

“I've tried registering my Office key 3 or 4 times now and every time I do I'm told it isn't recognised. I ask for a new key from CJS and was told I have to go to Microsoft directly and get written proof that it's not an actual key. Very disappointed with CJS.”

“Bought a digital code on Christmas Day, didn't receive code instantly as it says on website. Error kept occurring whilst trying to get code. Asked for a refund to be issued, which it's now new years eve and still haven't received the refund. I haven't accessed any code which I have been told its been accessed. Have raised numerous tickets and all I get is automated responses. The whole process of trying to get the code wasn't as straight forward as other companies. Definitely won't be using CJS CD KEYS again.”

“Got package earlier this year my hard drive went what i bought was meant for 3 devices. Contacted company no support given had to buy new package 4 months later. Terms and conditions mean nothing.”

“well.. after logging in with the attached email and code for it.. i finally got the office 365 pro plus app, and installed it OK. I could change the password > OK I can not add or change the mail-address !! AND !! they forgot to tell that it is NOT a "private" account you buy. It is just an account in a company called "Asian Answers" and there is NO WAY you can get your account separated. If you then choose to live with being an "employee" in " Asian Answers" you also have to accept that you cannot add alias, other mail-address for recovering the account. you also can not see which devices there is activity on, on "your" account. There is no family sharing, so the 5 licence app is quite useless, because your family only can login to your one account in " Asian Answers"'s microsoft account, to download and install the remaining 4 "apps" / licences... with NO option to personalize it. .. please to consider this before buying.”

“1x Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES - PC and Mac bought. this is what i got: Microsoft Office 365 Accounts are just that - ACCOUNTS, not keys, as clearly stated on the product description. They are sent as a unique Email address followed by the password. Each account is unique and exclusive to each customer. If you purchased Office 365, you can Enter your Email + password for Office 365 at MicrosoftOnline.com, or portal.office.com and when entering mail and code ( on a NEW account !! ) Microsoft ONLY accepts the free version OR a monthly payed licens... alternative I can enter a license key.. but as you can read above from CSJ ">KEYS”
