“Bought Xbox credits but sent PC. Cannot get refund until someone buys those credits so never going to happen. Utter rubbish don’t use”

“I was given a different key than I ordered, tried to contact the company for a refund but they were terrible. I've had to make a claim through PayPal to try and get a refund for something I didn't order and can't use. Company wasn't helpful with the situation. Will not be using again and do not recommend.”

“I bought an MS key which, after communicating with Microsoft, was proven to be counterfeit. They were refusing to refund me. Thankfully, PayPal finally gave me the refund. Very dissatisfied.”

“I have purchased a Windows Office key and is not working (already used), create a ticket with support providing all evidence, and now on 8 days after purchase, I'm still nowhere. All I get is a response from support was try to activate the product by phone which I have already stated in the first place that is not working. Then I have to provide evidence from Microsoft ( and I did ). So week after purchase I dont have either my money or working product.”

“Terrible experience! The 2019 MS Office for Mac key is not valid and after 5 days of trying to get another one or a refund, the customer service keep ingorning me in such a way it feels like they're trolling me. They keep asking for the basic info like the order ID, a screenshot of the code not working, PayPal transaction ID even though all of that info is visible from the moment I've contacted them by filling out a form. On the other hand, they threaten to not even remotely help you if you choose to open a PayPal dispute and, at the same time, they beg you to give them a chance to resolve the issue. My patience has run out after 5 days of them trolling me. Also, they offer a chance to win free game if you leave a 5 star review which is sketchy to say the least! Extremely unprofessional, to be avoided!”

“If it works all well and good.. If not then you lose your money and the customer service is terrible. My office 2019 can't be activated by phone in the UK and they won't accept it. I've taken my purchase to the resolution center on PayPal.”
