“i tried to let cjs guys know that the key ive bought cannot be activated , according to microsoft they didnt even read my email , another email from them repeating all of the steps ive taken arrived in my inbox few days later , their support sucks , some of the keys are not valid , good luck trying to get refunded or another key .. i wont be buying from them any time soon , stay away if you value your money still didnt get refunded ..”

“Caution: The provided "product" was no key but a (fake) account with a (fake) e-mail address which merely granted "access" to free content. This was a total rip-off!”

“Bought an MS Office 2016 Licence key, followed the instructions but it failed to activate. Had to go via PayPal recovery to get a refund. No contact whatsoever from CJS, very poor really.”

“it needs someone to be able to read messages and understand that i have still not not the key it started at the begining of december it is still ongoing it is the worst service i have ever had i am 70 next year i could do without all the hassle”

“Ik heb Dirt Rally gekocht voor de Xbox. De code was echter niet geldig. Ik heb daarom verzocht mij geld terug te krijgen of om een nieuwe digitale key. Vervolgens hebben ze mij opnieuw dezelfde onbruikbare digitale key gestuurd. Het geld krijg ik niet retour. Ik mijn ogen zijn dit een stelletje oplichters. Ik raad iedereen af om bij deze zaak je geld uit te geven, want ze incasseren graag, maar je krijgt er niets voor terug. Ik heb mij les duur betaald en koop hier nooit meer iets.”

“Got hacked within 5 mins of using product key. Username is not your own, licence owner is not you either. No help on trying to cancel. Don’t trust it one bit”

“Sorry but support was really bad when I bought a cd key and it didn't work. After several email messages and a few days later they told me that the key is not for steam and they did not update the article description. This was the last time here. Bye bye”

“I bought 12 months worth of Xbox live gold but by the time I looked and realised, I only got given 4 months. So spent a lot of money and lost 8 months. Not happy at all.”

“Purchased microsoft package then a month later my laptop died and had to be wiped. Tried to reinstall microsoft when my laptop was working again but I couldn't. Contacted customer support and explained what happened and usage was for the same person on the same device. They did not offer any support. Waste of my money for 1 months use. Will not repurchase.”

“I'm a regular buyer at CJS, everything fine untill you need their support service. I purchased an Xbox Live Gold global key for my israeli account and when tried to activate I receieved an error of wrong region. The support asked for evidence which I provided but they also want a screenshot of live chat with xbox support, the problem is that there is no live chat support for xbox anymore... every time they answer with a delay of 1-3 days which make me nervous after 2 weeks. The keep asking for a live chat screenshot... Then I opened a case in paypal - they didn't answer until the very last day..”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED & WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!...... I checked out the reviews before placing my order for Office 365 and was impressed. After my purchase i emailed the support desk on several occasions asking for some assistance with my purchase a I did not understand how to activate the keys and therefore requested a call back . To my disappointment, after making several requests for some one to talk me through the steps over the phone I got really fed up and couldn’t be bothered anymore. My purchance for was for £8.95, that’s really not the point!!! All I’m saying is if you can’t help customers in a variety of methods ie: sending an instruction video which was the best way for me why employ staff who just want to ping back emails sending repetition emails. That to me is not support, my emails were not read properly and nor did I get the response I needed. Definitely would not recommend CJS to any of my friends or family, oh yes it’s always the same lady who cut and pastes the same reply every time her name is Leanne. Not what I call support desk support. Do me a favour purchase your products for an office company. Pay more but already you won’t face the same frustration 😡that I did. BOBBY 27/12/20”
