“Purchased xbox live 12 months for my son's birthday, didn't use the code straight away due to personal issues and then when we went to use it, the code wouldn't work. Contacted customer service to ask why / if they could help resolve the issue / anything they could do and got told no because we didn't use it instantly. I read through all the emails and the description on the item and couldn't see anything to tell me I had to use it instantly and when I challenged customer services about it, I got a very unhelpful response and wouldn't do anything to help me/not even offer 3/6 months of xbox live instead. So we've paid out for something and haven't been able to use it. Very unhappy son and a very unhappy mum too.”

“The office Key I revieved will not activate despite following the instructions provided. Filled in the online form for support and told it would be answered within a few hours.... Well 12 hours later and I am still waiting. Hope to hear soon but feel like my money has been stolen.”

“Save ur money and dont buy. I bought win 10 pro and I get enterprise. It fcked my actual certificate and from legal win 10 home version I gen demo version. Not even allowed u to personalize wallpapers. Sad :/”

“My Office365 license suddenly stopped working. When doing a login using provided license details and credentials it says something needs to be done by "administrator". Following with CJS CD support team for last 5 days without any acknowledgement. I may change the rating if the issue turns around.”

“Selling stolen or deactivated Keys. Support is not helping at all and wants you to verify the key with Microsoft support before they do any refund. Microsoft verified key is deactivated because it is stolen or fraudulently obtained. Still haven't got a refund yet. Never gonna buy here again.”

“It seems to be a trap..... Don't fall for it. Paid for Office Pro 2019. Downloaded install from the suggested site. The product key, when entered on the install, gets the message "Invalid Key". Sent in a problem report...... Just short of a full week to respond. Response was to re-install and use "Telephone Activation". Microsoft's activation response.... "Invalid Product ID". Sent in a second request for help. Just short of ANOTHER week, support suggested I download the Microsoft -PROJECT- install files. (NOT the product I ordered.) Of course the key didn't work there either. Seems there is neither timely support responses; nor working support fixes/suggestions. WTF ? Guess time to get Paypal involved for a refund. ( But wishing I could also ask for a refund of my wasted time! ) :-(”

“I bought a Minecraft for Windows 10 key and when I tried to use it the message "Code has already been redeemed" came up. Despite several emails over a 6 day period I have not had any communication from CJS except the initial automated reply. Even a courtesy "we are looking into this" would have been nice. It seems that if everything goes OK then that's good but when presented with a problem they wash their hands of you. I am £20 out of pocket and looks like I will never get the money back they have more or less stolen from me.”

“I ordered two steam keys: one is still being restocked after 3 days ( 2015 game), the other one had wrong image and wrong description, so when I bought it I thought was one game, when I had the key it was another game. I sent an email and still I have not received any answer.”

“Was sold an 'international' key that was region locked. I then entered the seventh circle as I tried to negotiate with these mercenary animals so that I could get the product I was sold or a refund for the fraud that was perpetrated. I had to jump through multiple hoops to prove they had sold me a faulty product hoping that I would give up, when I did provide all of their ridiculous info they went radio silent for months until I secured a refund via PayPal. There are so many better options for keys, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS”

“They will try and rip you off.... they got my review removed by lying and stating it was not my order number, if that’s the game you want to play no problem. I will get police and trading standards involved FOR FUN so they can make a visit to your promises selling fake codes.# I have also contacted my bank to do a charge back, you can fight PayPal for your money back and watch your PayPal account get locked. I hate people you lie over money. I want my money back and I will get it back!!!!!!!!! TRUSTPILOT IS FAKE, THE TAKE REVIEWS DOWN WITH OUT CONTACTING YOU. “cd key does not work for uk consoles even if you use vpn on some games. if i don't get a full refund under the current laws I will just ask my bank to do a charge back for my money. I tried the key it went through but this game is blocked for uk consoles does not work just want my money back. not fit for purpose. Consumer Rights Act 2015 to give consumers new legal rights entitling refund when digital products are faulty not fir for purpose. charge back rules for banks/ credit cards.
