“Bought a key for the US. They sent me a key for a different country. Then it took a very long time to get my money back. Had to get PayPal to make them. I initially tried to get them to send me the correct key, but they wouldn't. I do not recommend using this company at all.”

“Fine for already released games, but don’t preorder from this site!!! I like many others preordered cyberpunk 2077 from CJS because they falsely advertised that it would be a genuine preorder experience and told buyers like me that we would receive our game codes 12 hours before launch so that we could download the game in advance and be able to play it on release day. Not only did I not receive an email or any communication that the company were not allowed to ship codes till the release day, thus making it a traditional order and not a preorder as advertised, but to make matters worse I found this vital piece of information mere hours before release day after trawling online for updates and stumbling upon a Facebook post from CJS several hours after the codes were meant to be shipped. Unsurprisingly, the reception of said post was far from positive with many fans like me being infuriated by CJS’ nonexistent communication skills and shady business practices, both falsely advertising that you could preorder cyberpunk from their site and then penalising people that wanted to look elsewhere for a genuine preorder experience by levying a cancellation fee on refunds (the gall!). Permanently soured my opinion of CJS. Don’t make the same mistakes we did.”

“Another disappointed first (and the last) time user. Bought a pre-order code so I could pre-load and play on the launch day. The codes meant to be sent out 12 hours prior to allow this. There were no codes till the launch of the game and no information anywhere (even checked their FB page) about issues or delays. I have opened the ticket with their CS just to be ignored or sent generic email, which had no relation to the problem. Eventually I have received the confirmation email 15 hours AFTER the launch, while I was already filling out PayPal dispute due to the complete lack of communication about delays, deleted posts from their FB page and the fact the already paid-for order had a status 'Out of stock' at the release of the game! Complete shambles, won't be using them ever again even the price is the cheapest everywhere..”

“I had preordered the game thinking I would get a chance to start playing the game with my friends as soon as the game was released. I had been chasing for more than 24 hours for the digital key I had paid for and still didn't receive the key. I have been refreshing since yesterday afternoon until midnight with no update from cjs cdkey. However this morning when I refreshed it showed digital keys are out of stock. The customer service only replied to my msg after exactly 24 hours asking for my proof of purchase and payment . Finally after 18 hours since the game got released and 30 hours since I had opened a case with customer support I received the key now. I can't complain about the price but my experience this time was not satisfactory in terms of customer service / support.”

“I didn't get a key at launch, asked a refund, then 12 hours later while I already bought Cyberpunk 2077 on the Xbox store I get a key from csj ? Now they say I collected it but its sitting there unused. Just give a refund lads and sell the key to someone else. Also whats the point of buying digital if you cant deliver on launch?”

“kEY DOES NOT WORK. Asked for screenshots of everything includind licences and I have so many games in list cound not fit in screen shot. I am very unhappy about having to give out all my details, I have lost over £33.00 will never ever use this site again. keep away”

“I ordered Cyberpunk 2077 on CJS on the promise of a pre-load delivery so that the game would be available for download 12 hours prior to release. This did not happen. In fact, CJS were so slow that the keys were not provided until 8 hours after the release, after updating their website to say that the item was on back order! I don't think companies should be selling keys that they don't actually have.”

“Bought the Office 2019 Professional Plus key and upon activating there is an error, I even spoke with Microsoft and they said the key is not valid. I tried multiple times via the automated system and speaking to a live person. All stated key is invalid, opened a ticket with CJS CDKeys and explained the same information and after a few hours the response provided was steps I had already taken to activate the product. :(”
