“Don't Risk Buying From CJS CD Keys! Had My Money Stolen And Terrible Customer Service! I bought an xbox live gold code for the UK and received a faulty code that wasn't for the UK. After I reported it I had to jump through a few hoops and talk to the Microsoft service team to gather evidence, after that we just went round in circles. I was asked to send them the same evidence multiple times untill the emails went stale and they just started ignoring me, so I opened up another complaint, just for the exact same thing to happen again. I then opened up a complaint with CJS CD Keys directly and had a more official line of emails only for the same thing to happen again! It's now been nearly two months since buying the code, no replacement and no refund, just being blanked. I'm now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back. It might seem more convenient and cheeper to buy from CJS CD keys but for the small amount of money your saving and the risk you're taking if something goes wrong, I highly recomend you just go to the shops and spend your money where you know you're not going to be robbed or scammed.”

“Purchased this thinking I would be able to get the Microsoft package on my PC. I couldn’t understand the instruction so I emailed, the response I got didn’t help and said I had purchased a code not the package, this still didn’t help and I just needed to know what to do so I emailed again but NO RESPONSE”

“I bought office 365 account ... they claimed it is a lifetime account ... but in real they sell fake accounts ... worked fine for the first few months then stop working ... when you ask for support, no support .. I advise everyone to be careful on dealing with this website”

“CJS Keys asking for a review is outrageous. There's no customer service to review. There is only contempt for the customer. This is a fraudulous business and I certainly have learnt my lesson. Shame on everyone who works for you. It's several weeks since I requested support with an account that I bought and I'm still waiting for resolution but I know it won't come. A business built on lies and pretensions won't last.”

“Called about a key that had just turned a year old as my motherboard died I reinstalled on a new machine to find the key as invalid. And there is no after care. Thus I will know not to pay more than a couple of euro for a key that u can only use once. I've notice other key sites state keys as use once only and this company should reduce their price and state the same facts”
