“Ordered windows 10 should have taken minutes still not had it after 7 days. Automated response messages still nothing . Asked for a refund as I bought it elsewhere no answer as yet. Won’t bother with this lot again.”

“All you need to know is I was initially given a non working code. Today marks 4 months since they said they would look into it and send me a working code or my money back. 4 MONTHS! After back and forth messages between myself and an automated halfwit human, today I finally received another code. I do t even know if it works as I have since purchased the game from another supplier. Be very careful with this company they are the worst customer service team I’ve ever dealt with by a landslide.”

“Absolute nightmare trying to get my code, had an awaiting payment error, enter the PayPal ID manually which could not be found on their system, spoke to support which sorted that problem, the anti fraud thing did not work so I had to take an image of driving license and card, very fishy. Code then turned up late, I ordered the COD Cold War Xbox series X version and is actually the Xbox One version.”

“Terrible and liars. Sold me pre-order keys, then changed the release date to their own release date, about 7 days after the official release date. I cancelled a few days before, sent loads of emails to their service, they accepted to refund, but refused to give the refund, kept telling me in a few hours they will do so for 3 days. Never got the refund, also still not get the key 12 hours before release date.”

“If you have to get a refund for a faulty key, you WILL NOT receive it. They got ve you the run around for months on end, and then tell you a low as to why they can't pay you. They are fraudulent and need reporting. Just Google what others say about them when it comes to faulty keys.”

“Product licence ceased to be recognised after 3 months. They stop supporting after 3 months? This happened to both mine and my girlfriends laptop. Make your own assumptions from that.”

“Be careful, The company states that games are in stock and you then buy the game and need to wait up to 12 hours to get the key. My cynical mind says that they are storing orders to get cheaper discounts when bulk buying codes. A bit of a devious way to get your cash and make them even more profit.”

“absolute fking nightmare, spent 3 hours switching between 5 DIFFERENT GODDAMN NUMBERS trying to get a valid sms code, every single sms code was apparently invalid, despite me double checking the code several times. after those hellish 3 hours the final code i got was said to be valid, finally giving me access to the cd key. after attempting to redeem my cd key, you guessed it, it was INVALID. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THIS SITE IS A TIMEWASTER AND AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!”
