“Shocking company and customer service will never use again. Very quick to reply in public view once reviews are left to make it look like they will look in to issues. Then in private fob you off and then stop responding. I was misled into buying Xbox live package instead of ultimate after using a search engine specifically searching for ultimate. Cost me around £50 and left a 6 year old still unable to play the games he wanted too. Disgraceful all round.”

“Keys do not work and you loose your money I bought a copy of MS Office 2019 Pro Plus, i took the site a day to provide the CD Key. I have installed the product and tried to activate it over the phone as instructed, at the end of the procedure Microsoft informed me that the key is listed as a bad product. CDKeys refused to provide a valid key or return my money. The communication between them was always bad, late and no significant result. I had to buy a key from another site to activate the product”

“Purchased a code from these as best price but dont let that fool you. Code did not work Be warned... Support from PayPal limited due to how they deliver the code - Once you click the link to view the code thats it. Even if the code fails...”

“Absolute Rubbish If you purchased a code and it worked well done, but if it does not work then do not expect any help / support or a refund. Be warned... AND no support from Paypal as the purchase was not eligible for protection”

“Awful customer service, impossible to get resolution. I actually needed help to buy the right key, wasn't looking for money back or favours. Multiple contact efforts met with scripted/robotic replies and contradictions. Never buying anything from these people again.”

“bought office 2019 key the key was invalid. contact the support - and they tell me to contact microsoft. i do call to microsoft support - and they advise that this key isnt valid - and probably דomeone cheated on me. CJS support not even try to solve the issue - and stoped answer my emails. not recommended!”

“Not impressed. First the key did not appear, then I was awarded a replacement key only to find that they had no more keys to give. Two days later, I am still waiting for a key I paid for. Hope I can get a refund.”

“If at all possible I would leave 0 stars. Have been promised a key since the 2nd of November and always told it would be available 12 hours before launch time (WOW Shadowlands). Looks like I will be left hanging in the lurch and have to buy a key from somewhere that actually will supply what has been bought and paid for. Will never use again and currently opening a paypal dispute claim.”

“Terrible, frustrating service. I have been using Cjs-cdkeys for years with no issues whatsoever until last Friday. I purchased 12months Xbox Live Gold subscription. It is now Sunday, no key. Order 'awaiting fulfilment'. Have requested a refund Twice and zip, nadda. BUYER BEWARE. I for one will not be coming back here as I have zero confidence in their customer services. Sorry”

“Price excellent but key did not work after a week. Customer service was useless as obviously did not read what I had written, wanted me to do what I had already done or things that were not relevant. I think my cat was more help than them. Follow up customer service email (ages after) was just as rubbish and vague. In the end I deleted the software and were somewhere else.”
