“windows 10 cd key didn't work. Pictures included”

“Wasn't a Key but an illegal clone account name and password which only worked for a year it's since been deactivated because it was illegal most reviews will be based on keys bought straight away also had a windows 10 key that expired after a year too I've reported this to them to which the reply was : Hi There! I am sorry. This order is too old. We do not support order older than 1 year. Thanks! To speed response time for all of our customers, please only reply If your require further assistance. There Is no need for any reply if everything Is OK. :-) Best Regards CJS Support Stay away from CJS CD Keys”

“Told me payment wasnt complete when it was. Told me my phone number was invalid. Had to use sons mobile then wouldnt generate keys for ages. Said it was a fraud check. Wont use again”

“They sold me Office 365 licence that meant I could access Microsoft site, which I could have done myself for free. Unable to download Microsoft Excel, Word etc onto my PC - be wary”

“Will NOT use CJS again, pay but still no key. I have try many times to resolve the issue with CJS but eventually I give up, they will not give me a refund. stay away from this website.”

“My Windows 10 Pro Licence keys aren't working which i bought from this site and its been 3 days i am still waiting for support desk to provide me alternate keys . I have been sending screen shot of errors to help desk to provide alternate keys ..still no luck. Did not expect this .....”

“Criminal company take your money then ask you to download other paid (not free) programs to get your key Continue to send multiple emails saying everything is fine yet doesn’t work Stay clear”

“i was ssold a key clearly stating that it was region free on their website. Once I have tried to redeem it, i was region blocked so i requested either a refund or replacement. Despite speaking with 2 reps neither was provided as it left a very sore experience for me Never will use this website again”

“I’ve got a fault key for a PC game. I tried to contact the support for getting a refund, but sadly 3 days no one is getting back to me!!! I was a customer for over the last 8 years, so disappointed. Shame on you.”

“I am afraid that I have lost the money I paid for this product as I have received no keys, or code to download it on my Mac, and despite all my efforts with their team to get a refund, this was not accepted. I feel robbed, and I have now taken my case to the Trading Standards Authority.”

“I bought windows 365. Sadly it turned out the link I was sent was to a copy that was due to expire a week after I made the purchase. I mentioned this in an email to cjs and they seemed unable to help me out and long story short... they said they would refund me but it's almost a week later I still haven't received the refund. I'd also like to mention that every time I logged into the account I was told my password wasn't recognised and I had to keep resetting it. I'm sure many others have had excellent service but sadly I don't count in that number.”
