“I bought a key from this company for Microsoft Office Professional 2019. I didn't use this for a good period of time as I have set up a pc in the garage due to the pandemic for teaching. I didn't use the key for 3 months as I didn't need it. I thought that I owned it but it turns out that's not the case as it wouldn't activate. Also as its just over 3 months since I bought the key the company don't want to know. In the UK sales are supposed to be of 'merchantable quality'. I realise that they are not in the UK. If you are a UK purchaser then please keep that in mind. I've no doubt as this is a negative review it will be challenged but I have my receipt ready. Thanks”

“Customer services hasn't been good. I search for a Mac OS office licence but the website suggested a Windows one and I didn't realise. Still struggling to secure a refund. I'd recommend https://softwarebase.uk instead, they have been really helpful.”

“Scammers. Paid for a Microsoft Office product key, didn't work and came up with some obscure error code. Contacted them twice with no response. Fortunately I paid with Paypal so have started a dispute and hopefully get my £14.99 back. What utter cowboys this company is.”

“I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I purchased Microsoft office 2019 and it does not work. I have been in touch with this company countless times but they still haven't resolved the issue and no offer of a refund”

“I made a purchase from CJS CD Keys and had to wait 2 days (if I remember correctly) before my keys were generated. Before that there were many error messages instead of my keys. I even started refund procedure which was cancelled by YOU. So NO, I'M DEFINITELY NOT going to buy anything from you, ever again.”

“My Office 2010 key was initially was out of-stock, this was only made known to me after the purchase. The CJS web portal was giving me conflicting information & became very confusing. 10 days later the key was made available to me, however it didn't work. 15 or so messages & 6 week later I am still waiting for a refund, sadly been passed from pillar to post.”

“As the key for office 19 I perchased turned out to be for office 10 developer ( confirmed by microsoft) and unusable . the refusal to issue a refund saying you must relist and resell it first, Do you think I would leave a good review. issue a refund!”

“Took almost 4 months to get a refund due to being sent an invalid key (not a vpn or account error). Ram around in circles for weeks on end. Hard pass.”
