“I've bought "1 x Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES - PC and Mac". CJs sold me an account (not a license). it stopped working after a few weeks - no Office, no Sharepoint. nothing ! CJS said I should speak with Microsoft. Microsoft says I need to speak with my "administrator", which is CJS, as I have only an account form the domain provided by CJs (@365.me). Well... money lost CJS ? never again !!!”

“What a shambles! Sold me a dud Microsoft Office key and when I complained the made me jump through so many hoops to get a refund. The key, according to Microsoft, had been activated too many times. CJS wanted me to obtain written proof of this from Microsoft which isn’t easy. A far simpler option would have been for CJS to try to activate same key and they would have their proof it was dud. They claim a 4-hour turnaround on support tickets which is laughable. My first reply from them took 5 days and weeks for a refund. Even then I had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back. Unreliable, untrustworthy and non-existent customer service.”

“I'm really disappointed as I requested a Xbox key and received a pc key. The help I had after contacting the company was absolutely terrible and I have a key code now I can't use. Do some research before using this company be very careful with these. Also don't expect good customer service from these worst iv seen in some time.”

“Following my purchase I was not able to download the key. After several emails to support staff it was still not resolved and then said out of stock and should be restocked in approx 12 hours. That was two weeks ago and still nothing. Requested my money back but not heard anything!”

“The key i bought did not work, microsoft would not activate it, and your support staff are absolutely incompetent. They end of it is that i paid for a serial No that does not work and after several months of communication with you the problem has still not been resolved. Absolutely disgusted with your company and service.”

“Customer service is fine, but the redeem process is hugely fractured. I still haven’t received my key yet after multiple emails back and forth, and this seems to be a consistent issue that is widely known on the vendor’s Facebook page and other social media. The website is seriously under managed, using old protocols and coding which appears to be over 15 years old (this will could contain security flaws and present many issues to Customers that are forced to use it). I m afraid after this, I will not be using CJS CD Keys again.”

“Poor, bought a copy of office, keys didn't work. Contacted their support team an despite numerous follow up requests I had one email from them in 6 days which only requested the order number which I had already supplied. So maybe this I a one-off I hope so but I certainly am not impressed so far.”

“They sent me an illegal account, than when I asked for refund they waited 60 days so they can not send it back, they only gave it to me back in store credit, but I don't want to buy anything from them anymore after they stole my money...”
