“Not only is CJS probably the most complicated service I've ever experienced, but it also asks for an unnecessary amount of private information, which is withheld even during guest access. On top of that, I paid more money than advertised and I didn't receive the game in my local language. Thanks for nothin and a big FU CJS”

“Item didn't work. Not given a refund, but offered a credit note which I won't use! Only £8 wasted, so not the end of the world this time. Hopefully no one else wastes more with them.”

“I would not purchase any product from them again. I purchased a Microsoft Office activation key. The first problem being it states please use the telephone option to activate key. It did not allow me to use this option. When I emailed the help desk (?) they sent me the same info I was sent when I purchased the key. Eventually they pointed me to a location to get a ISO code and that site did not exist. When I called Microsoft via the telephone to activate, they stated they could not activation the software. When I emailed CJS again the response I got was can we close the call as it has been resolved. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. When I asked for my money back the answer was no. I have never seen such a poor unhelpful help desk before !!”

“Worst experience I have ever had buying something online. No interest in helping me with un satisfactory product. Software didn't work, customer service went round in circles, and ended up telling me its my mistake and shouldn't have bought it expecting it to be the full version. Very misleading, always recommended this site, not anymore.”

“Bought Office 2019 key from these, was told to install via phone method rather than activate online, tried this and it failed, was then told to call up Microsoft directly, did this and was told by Microsoft representative that the key was counterfeit. Went on PayPal to start a dispute and was greeted with all sorts of warnings from CJs CD Keys advising people not to start a dispute. Have since bought a legitimate copy of Office direct from Microsoft anyway as this seems to be the only safe way to get one - I have had previous purchases from CJs and they've usually been alright so was really disappointed with this as it seems they've switched their key supplier which is a real shame. Won't be buying anything in future from them.”

“You never did what you say. Up to now I do not have the product. No key was delivered to enable me get what I purchased. I have complained about it and nothing has been done and I have given up despite having paid the money for the undelivered product.”

“They sell MSDN keys for Microsoft software - not telling the customer a word about it. The telephone activation doesn't always work. The representatives answer like bots, asking for screenshots they don't bother to examine thoroughly. Very shady.”

“Poor - key didn't work. After fighting with them had to involve PayPal. They fixed the key but the associated email to the account was still incorrect and impossible to change from my side. They wouldn't refund and finally had to get PayPal to do it on their behalf.”

“The key didn't work and the suppprt was useless. Paid for a useless piece of software so not happy. They kept saying it did work but I provided screen shots proving it didn't. I didn't receive a response when I asked for a refund.”

“Followed installation instructions given but would not work, tried numerous times. Contacted CJS but they just kept sending me the same instructions repeatedly telling me it would work! Sent them screenshots of attempts made and even a recording of the telephone call for proof but still refusing to give me a refund.”

“Absolute joke. Code didn't work and they wanted me to speak to Microsoft to ask why? Would not offer a refund had to go through a lengthy process with PayPal and luckily it was finally agreed. No I would not use them again or recommend this company to anyone.”

“Dreadful experience - trying to pay for a simple CD key of a copy of Watch Dogs: Legions on xbox. they take my money instantly and i receive on key. i just got scammed by a site with credibility. gutted”
